Amazing hotel and location. Some construction around.

The hotel is a bit tattered and dirty but we were encouraged by a friendly receptionist. However, the water in the sink was only lukewarm after a 5 minute run and the tv kept turning off after a few minutes of watching. Elevator call buttons didn’t work and weird repairs like our toilet lever was installed upside down made for an increasingly eerie and disappointing experience. We were promised a repair that never came. The next morning got no better as a long wait for a very expensive valet prolonged our dismal stay and delayed our exit. There are too many other reasonable places to stay in Midtown Atlanta to stay here again.

I had an amazing stay at Hilton Garden Inn. I arrived a bit early so wasn't able to check in right away but they made sure to get me the first room available and the room was awesome. The hotel is conveniently located. The vending self checkout store in the lobby was well stocked and more the items were more affordable than any hotel I've stayed in. Will definitely book again.

The hotel was dirty. The room was missing a promised safe, hole in ceiling in closet, one of the mirror lamps did not work. Another wall lamp had no cover. Got a dirty glass to drink water at hotel restaurant. Electric wall treatments dod not work. Could not be closed. Rancid oatmeal at restaurant, told Patrick the waiter. I have pics of all but could not upload. Valet parking dreadful, waited half hour or more each time we went out.

Pet friendly but no grass. Toliet was not great. Backed up and then wouldn’t shut off. Took nearly 3 hours to get fixed. Water came out of faucets brown. When I hear the name Hilton, I think expensive and high quality. My stay was expensive but not high quality.

Staff was wonderful. Rooms clean and stocked. Only complaint is the air didn’t work propionate my room had to cal 2 times to front desk to have someone come check it he changed the batteries out in the thermostat that did not fix the issue

Pandemic changed everything. So room cleaning is based on the call. Also when I checked in the card reader did not work which was annoying.
