亞特蘭大四季酒店(Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta)

I stayed in the property and for some reason my booking was double they refused to provide a refund for my second reservation. The manager was extremely rude and nasty. Stay away this is not a real 4 seasons. Stayed in four seasons several times before, this hotel doesn’t represent the four seasons brand.

Amazing as always! I really wanna come back soon ♥️♥️ Receptionists and concierge I talked to helped me a lot to find best places to eat and enjoy etc. Room is very clean and bed is very comfortable.

Good: The property itself is nice, clean. Staff is really nice. Valet service is really good, quick and friendly. Conveniently located near a lot of nice places like Colony Square. Bad: My issues is that its waaaaaay overpriced. I've stayed at places like Embassy Suites and felt like i got way more for my money, like free breakfast and happy hour drinks and snacks. Actual Experience And i needed silverware delivered to my room one night. I had to call 3 times to the front desk and they STILL didn't bring it. I had to go down to the front desk myself at midnight just so i could enjoy my cake. And they snuck in that valet parking was $50/day, after the fact. Overall: Even though its a nice place to look at, its way overpriced and i'll never go back. they are living off the allure that its an upscale name brand.

The most amazing experience ever! The service was impeccable! The room was beautiful, beds were comfortable. The staff bent over backwards to help us. I can’t wait to stay there again.

The property itself it’s beautiful but the service is very bad not the four seasons standard a five star hotel. The employees clearly do not want to work there. The towels where dirty the maid didn’t clean the room properly we went to the restaurant for breakfast and even do it was almost empty we had to wait 35 min to get the order. The valet parking were more interested in their phones than the customers. The room dining service were ok until they missed some items from my order the first night. The food was the only thing I will give five stars. The transportation service had to be arranged with days in advance not like the others four seasons that have everything ready on site.

I booked this hotel because I read the reviews and heard good things about this hotel. The services that I read about and saw on Four Seasons website are the services I thought I’d receive. Well let’s just say I’ve never had such a terrible experience at a hotel. I booked a terrace suite from May 28- May 31st. I was given a room on the fifth floor. The first night’s stay was bad because I was up all night from hearing a loud bang every hour or two from the wall that connects the room and bathroom. I called front desk around 6:30 am to inform them of the noises. They sent a guy up but he said that he didn’t hear anything out of place. After leaving the hotel for a few hours I returned and there was a noise complaint about our speaker that’s included in the room. A few minutes after that while in the restroom I heard a bang so loud that it scared me and I became worried so I asked to switch rooms. I was given a room on the 10th floor that didn’t have a terrace and I was ok with that. After returning to the hotel from a night out around 4:30 am I was laying in bed and all of a sudden I heard something that sounded like a waterfall. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. Our ceiling had water just gushing out. We were in shock. Luckily I had a family member in the area because the hotel didn’t seem to care. I was told I’d receive a call at 7:00 am but end up having to call them at 8:12 because they didn’t care to call me.

The Hotel was fantastic. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The entire facility was fabulous. The courtesy vehicles are Teslas and the drivers very friendly and helpful.

It was an awesome stay and the service is amazing. We were greeted with items for our baby, coloring book, crayons and a stuffed toy. She immediately enjoyed this and it kept her busy. Everyone was always very courteous and helpful. Amentities are perfect and all indoor! Will come back again with the family.
