한국 모텔보다도 못한 시설 애틀란타 도심에 위치 지하철역과도 가깝고 시내 명소들 왓다갓다 위치는 좋음. 문제는 엄청나게 낙후된 객실내부 외부 차량들 오며가며 경적소리 바람소리 등등 70년대에나 볼법한 샷시. 미국호텔은 물 제공도 안해주는 것인지 바클레이 호텔만 안해주는 것인지 냉장고도 없음 층마다 제빙기는 있음 . 방 전등 화장실전등 켜는 스위치 70년대 스위치 처음 보고 식겁함. 다행히 룸도어 키는 카드키입니다. 한대있는 엘리베이터 화물용인지 승객용인지 구분이 안될만큼 노후됨

위치가 좋아요 조용했어요 ㆍ그러나 오래된건물이라 청결은 조금 아쉬웠어요ᆢ

Very dissatisfied. The room was very hot. When the air was turned on it blew out heat. Went to front desk and was told there would be no air conditioning until the following day and that I should just open my window.

after paying 500$ a month in advance i got an email one week before my trip that they overbooked

The room was completely dirty, the bed sheets had stains on them. The bathroom had hair all over the place and it was not cleaned properly. There were bodily fluid stains and excrement stains on the bed. Management was nonexistent. Front desk worker disappeared and never came back.

The price I paid it wasn’t too much for what I got. The hotel is not in the best condition and the only good is the location.

Rom was dirty hair in tub ring on sink from previous people heat didn't work total awful but lady up front was nice

The hotel is very Convenient to Georgia world congress the aquarium and the stadiums. The condition of the property is a bit rundown, but my issues were more regarding the room. Only the heat worked so the room was insufferably hot which actually work because there were no blankets on the sheets. The smoke detector had a plastic bag over it so if there was a fire, it would’ve never noticed it. The bed was marginally comfortable but not good. They had coffee and packets of oatmeal, but that was it The front desk staff was very helpful and allowed me to store my luggage I often notice that if you book through a third-party, they give you the worst rooms and this would be it. You could hear the elevator all night.

AC in the room didn’t work. They hadn’t paid their bill with the parking lot, so the validation didn’t work. Very stained furniture and upholstery. Hair everywhere. Water was either scalding or cold.

We don't mind if it's old, but this hotel is terribly dirty, I took some pictures, truly nightmare.

The property was a great location for seeing many of the great sites that Atlanta has to offer.

It was not what I expected elevator kept getting stuck with my kids on it which was not safe at all ! Rooms were not good at all covers were super thin ! Toilet was dirty when I arrived shower didn’t get hot water barely came out room was extremely small tv was very old and didn’t work properly never got more clean towels.

Downtown is full of homeless harrasing people. Hotel facilities are rusty, dirty and old. Elevator maintenance is due at least one year. Carpets are splattered with many dirty things. Rooms smell ****. No water pressure on the shower. Pillows full of hair. Beds with bugs. AC is not working. No curtains. No WiFi. Crunchy springs and old matresses. Dirty sheets. Dirty mirrors. Frigo not working. Loose plugs, no charge. No parking. The worst experience I have ever had in ten years of business traveling. I hope I won't ever hear from this "hotel" again.
