Good utility hotel. I have stayed here 4-5 times. Good location, in-house parking. Utility breakfast.

Where the property sat was convenient and there were a lot places to go to within walking distance. What I didn’t like was that I asked for more towels and the man that was working behind the desk didn’t want to give extra towels. I think he was thinking that we were going to steal them or something which really pissed me off.

Cleaning staff was super nice and helpful. Breakfast had a small amount of choices/offerings, and didn't replenish as needed. The room was nice, and had plenty of towels, etc. We found the dishwasher to be broken when we arrived, but all else seemed to work. Beds were nice, not saggy or lopsided. Close to many bars and restaurants.

Pros: The lobby and my room were stocked & clean The staff was plesant & friendly Cons: The parking deck is too small & one way in & out The A/C thermostat went down to 52 but my room never cooled below 63 degrees The windows are thin & I heard every car that passed playing their music loud Breakfast was terrible, the eggs were nit edible & this was less than continental breakfast. My reason for staying was because I love breakfast & have had great breakfast at hotels before. The waffle I made was good. Summary If you are staying for a night this place is great. If longer I wouldn't recommend.

Stay was great. Chose this hotel due to proximity to graduation event. Only downside was housekeeping was not provided unless specifically requested and was not informed of this during checkin process. Had to ask for clean towels and soap during our stay because of this. Pullout sleeper couch had brown stains so we could not use pullout couch. Staff was very friendly and accommodating though the only issue was Housekeeping supervisor was also seen berating housekeeping staff which seemed unprofessional. Parking garage was very tight not large vehicle friendly. We had a minivan and an F150.

The parking for this facility is rather hard and unsafe. Unable to use digital key if booking through third party website. For entry to parking, you have to push a buzzer for the gates to open and that’s it. They just let you in… anyone in. I found it alarming that no information, no room number or name is required for entry. No requirement to scan room key for entry to floors… but nonetheless entry to any floor is gained once in the elevator. Super super unsafe. The parking is very tight and if someone is exiting while you’re entering, it almost impossible to pass one another. The hotel needs major renovations and cleaning (not worth the price) and the front desk host was not the happiest looking. Not remotely friendly or warm when speaking to him. Regardless of why he was that way, guest should not have to feel that energy and should be greeted with a smile, especially it being their first time staying. I wouldn’t stay at the location again.

The parking garage was very sketchy, dimly lit with warning signs everywhere of parking at your own risk. Was not very safe inspiring. I requested for the sofa bed to be made and that was not done. Nor did the front desk had extra pillows so I had to sleep with no pillow due to other family members using the pillows.

In town for one night. This place split the difference between the two events I was attending, so it worked out great. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and quick to answer any questions I had. The only negative was the comfort of the bed. Was a bit too soft for me, but that is my opinion.

The room we were checked into had no power to the tv. The security guard came up 3-4 time to remedy the situation ( Iwish they wouldve just gave us a new room since we had just checked in). That was finally fixed after around 30 minutes.
