The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was greeted every time I walked through the lobby, and they even went the extra mile to help me print a document off of a thumb drive. I enjoyed their gym, and overall accommodations. This hotel is by everything you could possibly need at Cobb Galleria. Would stay again.

Overall we had a nice stay. Really enjoyed the 12pm check out time. Breakfast was alright. I enjoyed the fluffy waffle, my husband enjoyed the eggs/sausage/potatoes, and our kids liked the cereal and fresh fruit. We stayed here for the indoor pool, it was slightly warm. The pool could have been much warmer for me and our 1 yr old. The 8 yr old and husband enjoyed the pool for about 30mins then they started to get cold also.

We had a good experience. The staff was friendly and the hotel was nice. Elevator wasn’t working well and we had to take the stairs a lot. Breakfast was overcrowded due to an event taking place in the hotel. Would have been nice to have known that at check in. Food was good, just had to go later.

There for HBCU Band of the Year comp and Celebration Bowl. Everything ar hotel was great, check in a breeze, staff courteous, room was awesome. Enjoyed breakfast both days. Location was nice as it is near a mall with all the stores my daughter loves. Hope to stay here on future trips to the A.

So no one has gotten back to me about the complaint of my arms being bitten up because of bedbugs. I took pictures of arms and flipped the mattress over which was disgusting and there were definitely bugs.I even went to manager once I realized that what it was. With pictures and showed my arms. The first night I thought it was a mosquito but my second night when my other arm had bit marks that is what made me flip the bed. No one has gotten back with me or tried to contact me but they took my money.

The property had plenty of parking and check in was very easy. We didn't like our standard room and luckily we were able to upgrade. Staff was very sweet and check in was very easy. The room was spacious and clean. We will definitely be back when we visit ATL again!

Fan noise in the room made sleep impossible. We asked to love to another room but they were full. Would not comp the room. They said there was another room but wound first have to cancel our room so the others one could show as available. Then once booked into that other room there would be no access to the room we were in. The other room did not have enough beds. Tried to upgrade to a two bedroom suite the next day and they have a 5 day stay minimum for those rooms. There were a couple of two bedroom suites available when we were talking about alternative rooms the first night due to the noisy fan, but because our stay was only 4 nights those rooms didn’t come up as available when we were asking to switch. Frustrating and no sleep night one. They said they were going to move us to a comparable room the next day but when we got back from our business day, they had not done it and we got another room while at the front desk and moved ourselves.

It was pretty good. The bathroom door was near impossible to close, the tv remote didn't work all that well, and one of the two elevators was down all week so that took forever. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. Bed was very firm if you like that, I do not.

I liked how it was a quiet and low key, all hotel staff was friendly especially Ayanna, I hope I’m spelling her name correctly. The only thing that was upsetting was the water was lukewarm, and didn’t get warm as it was previously before.
