3 people at the front desk hanging out when we arrived, they allowed a line to build up before saying “oh is anyone helping you?” The room was missing many typical things - no remote, no glasses or wine key, when asked they didn’t provide. Front desk seemed to lack care for guests needs. Bellman handed us a cart but didn’t help and it was covered in pet hair. The Kimpton vibe is usually amazing and this was just bleh. If the staff was more focused on delivering good service to guests, it would be a good spot but I’d recommend another place until they improve. Decor nice, beds comfy, quiet in the evening but the service just ruined it.
