One of my favorite places to be! I love it here. Only thing that would or could make it better would be so sort of ****** action. Actually I just thought about a way to make them stand out from all the other hotels but I don't think printing it here would be a good idea...wonder who I should talk to??🤔🤔

I really enjoyed my stay at the Flagship AC it was one the best stays I have had at this resort. It was clean and I could see that they are making a lot of improvements! The pool was nice and clean and the temperature was on point the hot tub on the other hand needed to be cleaned the second day of my visit so i didn’t get in i could see pieces of foam floating around. But over all this place gets a B I will visit again very soon.

We loved the stay from the moment we arrived, until we left. It had a great view, everything was clean and it had everything you could possibly need for a nice stay. Everyone was friendly, I will definitely stay again, hopefully soon!

There was a roach in my room, climbing the wall. There was dirt around the base of the bed crumbs of food. Some kind of black tarp down at the bottom of the boardwalk and street. I am still waiting for a call back on my refund. Have not heard from anybody.

Great location. Boardwalk is right outside the front door. Parking garage. Rooms very clean and spacious, huge balcony, quiet rooms. No wait for elevators. Would 100% stay again.

Its a nice hotel. Our only issue is that our room keys didn't work. Also, i wish there was a snack machine somewhere in the hotel.

The new front desk woman in the afternoon was wonderful. The shuttle man was the best. This is our 4th stay and will continue to come back

It was an awesome experience. Business was accomplished and got to also spend Mother’s Day with family.

I honestly almost didn't book this hotel due to the negative comments. I must say I'm glad I took a chance with Flagship hotel. The hotel is a ways off from the ****** area but that is exactly what I was looking for. Upon entering the hotel the first thing I noticed is that the lobby is beautiful. Very clean and up to date. The 2 receptionist women I met were very friendly and professional. I was checked in about 5 minutes flat. There are 4, maybe 5 elevators. All were in working order and clean. My room was on the 12th floor and the room was spotless. It was a little smaller than I had thought but not so much that it bothered me. Bathroom, kitchenette, bedroom, and living room area were all perfect. But I think my favorite part of the room had to have been the view. Every room has a balcony and I had a very nice view of the ocean and the city. The arcade is small but it did the job for my kids. Me and my wife even played a few games. I like the fact that the hotel has a pool and the pool was clean as well. If you go at the right time it may be empty for hrs so we definitely enjoyed the pool time and I enjoyed the jacuzzi area. We paid to go to the Waterpark nearby but it was insanely crowded! My family and I stayed for a few hrs but my kids couldn't wait to run out that place and run back to the hotel pool lol. Room had a huge leak in toilet every time you flushed it. There was a bad smell all through the hallways and room. The pool was dirty and terribly loud. I would never stay here again

Ripped curtains. Carpet stained, light bulbs burned out. Had to call maintenance as soon as we got to the room because hardly any light in the bathroom. Missing ice container. Asked to have manager contact me at checkout. 5 days later and no communication. Sheets were clean. Coffee in room tasted old. I wondered how long the packs were there. No grab and go breakfast as promised due to lack of staff. Overall rating from 0-10. I’d give it a 2. Will not stay there again.
