The stay was nice n the services suck I ask for toilets tissue about 8pm I did not get it til 9am when I open the door to take trash out then one person tells me I can get late check out n front desk tell u one thing they make u do a meeting on buying vacation packages for 2 hours I end buying a vacation package pretty expensive but will see how that goes other then this place was clean

Stayed here from a thurs to Saturday it was very clean and comfortable!! My only hiccup was the elevators but realizing it was alot of people checking in for a cheerleading competition so i understood the delays..other than that check in was a breeze parking was a little pricey $20 a day...i think they should come down on that price...

Overall, I had a good stay. The rooms are spacious with somewhat of a view. The jacuzzi in the room was nice. The pool and hot tub area was small. Extremely unorganized at the front desk. They're a cashless facility, parking was $20 a night. On day two of my stay, my room key somehow got reassign and programmed to another room. I sat in the lobby for 15 minutes until they figured it out. After a long day on the boardwalk ******** and having dinner reservations set for an hour and a half prior, pressed for time was an understatement. That was not the experience I was going for on Valentine's Day. The three gentleman running the front desk were non-apologetic and took humor to the situation with the exception of the younger gentleman they were training. I've stayed at this location before and have never experienced this. Staff needs more training. Housekeeping on the other hand was top notch service.

We liked that the room had 2 bedrooms, bathrooms and full stocked kitchen. The room was pretty clean there was an odor in one of the bedrooms. The parking was not the greatest and the elevators took a while, but it was busy when we were there.

The only problem was the elevator it take super long people were very upset,but everyone was very nice and is a nice place

The hotel was very nice. Clean and staff were very kind and helpful. Outside area was not very clean. Lots of noise all night every night.
