Booked at the wrong location and the hotel refused to transfer credit for the correct location as the stay was nonrefundable.

It was horrible. You should really consider dropping this hotel from **********. It is really lowering your reputation if providing nice hotels to choose from. It was in a very bad location with shady characters sitting around the entrance of the hotels on the curb. We could not get a refund and had to stay for the night. It was noisy from the outside gathering. The room was not clean at all. The sheets had numerous stains on them and looked old and thread bare. The room smelled bad. The floors were nasty and sticky to walk on. Had to wear socks and they got very dirty quick. The fridge didn't work well at all. It was a very old, run down hotel in the bad area of town. Someone put a dent in our truck door from opening their door because parking was so bad. Night clerk was grouchy and rude. The breakfast was awful. The waffle Iron didn't work properly. Coffee was served from a pump thermos. No liquid creamers for coffee. The Morning attendant at Breakfast was rude. Overall this place was Horrendous, very outdated. Never stay here. There are better choices. It's over priced, over rated, and unhealthy to stay at. Until renovations can be made Hotels com should restrict accomodations for this hotel. It was Microtel in Auburn. The Microtel in Opelika was great. But this was needs to be dropped. Don't stay here!!!

The room was filthy, not sure it’s ever been swept. The bed sheets did not seem clean so we asked for new ones. The new sheets we were given had water spots on them which made me feel gross. The desk chair in the room was so stained I did not feel comfortable sitting on it. The tv had something nasty all over it. I asked for another room but was originally told there were no more rooms. After speaking to the front desk clerk a couple times he said he could get us another room but he’d need a few minutes. That room may have been been great but it was to late for us. We decided to eat the cost as I was told I couldn’t get a refund and we booked another hotel that was much cleaner and comfortable.

There was a flood from sprinklers, entire hotel to the parking lot 3 separate times from fire alarm! My room was soaked half my stay of a week. They double charge at check in and offered nothing for the late night evacuations. I’ve stayed before many times because it’s close to my son. Never again.

Very rude staff the manager let’s just say I had to go off on her for talking about my special needs son with out being aware of what disability he had and the way she talked to me about my son was out of line and highly classless idk why she felt the need to throw ugly remarks at his character and after I told her he was disabled she went even harder even though she maybe the highest form of power there don’t give her the right to talk to people that way and this sparked because I wanted my deposit back and she didn’t want to give it back I called my bank and got it resolved the son was cool tho it’s the mother who is hostile

Is this a fancy place? No. Do they have the most updated decor and facilities? No. But what they did have was a clean room, comfortable bedding, nice hot water with great shower pressure, excellent coffee, and super friendly staff.

It's a small hotel and the rooms are small, and the decor is definitely outdated, but it's clean and tidy and the staff is very friendly. It's perfectly adequate for a night or two, and super convenient to the interstate and places to eat and shop.

The property was fine for the price I wasn't expecting anything grand. The pillows were very starched and hard to sleep on. The breakfast was better than expected!

It was convenient, safe, clean, quiet and had easy parking at an affordable price.
