Hotels gave us room on the first floor right by the pool. Children there screamed all day and night, along with loud grown ups. When we called the front desk they didn’t help much with it. We were charged $50 extra for not sure what at the check in and no one said anything about it until we asked. Front desk lady stated that Monday or Tuesday they will refund, it’s Wednesday and we are still waiting for the refund.

The bathroom was not cleaned. Hair in the shower from the previous guest and urine around the toilet bowl and floor.

This hotel is excellent! It was extremely clean, comfortable, inviting, and homey. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and did their best to make you feel at home. The breakfast bar was delicious and there were so many options! They had fresh baked chocolate chip scones, eggs, sausage links, grits, oatmeal, waffles, breakfast potatoes, and more! I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to others as well!

The room was huge and we had room to spread out. We are a family of 5 and didn’t feel crowded. The kitchen had enough supplies to make a meal and the morning breakfast was great!
