之前國內預訂的時候衹剩無障礙大床房，住了兩晚無障礙大床房，後期轉到豪華雙床房。服務不錯幫忙把行李送到房間，還可以寄存行李，房間不是特別大，但乾淨整潔温馨。特別是床很好很柔軟，洗漱用品也不錯，但是沒有牙膏牙刷。早餐就差了些，不適合中國人，大部份都是生冷的食品，品種也很少。華人禮遇沒有感受到。

我在這間酒店住過幾次，每次我都很喜歡，但是這次，我對酒店本身沒有任何要抱怨的 ，它的房間很好，床很豪華，卧室很整潔。但是在凌晨4點到6點之間，我被隔壁房的尖叫聲給野蠻地吵醒了，我聽到大聲的敲門聲，還有持續的尖叫聲，我試圖給前台打了一個小時電話，我實在受不了了，最後我打了電話給隔壁，一切才告一段落。在經歷了這一切之後，我期待能睡個好覺。我對此感到深深的失望。我會考慮是否會再次入住這裏，但是在經歷過這次災難過後，我不想很快再回來這裏。

乾淨衛生，設施設備齊全，服務也很不錯，交通方便，附近出遊用優步價格不算貴，早餐不錯，還算豐富。很棒的一次體驗。房間非常安靜。早餐簡單但實在。午餐有套餐，雖然量小一點，但前菜，主菜，和甜品都有。禮賓部拿行李很主動，借傘方便。唯一不好的就是雙牀房的牀太小了，估計才90CM寬。

A central location and close to shops, restaurants, bars and the cruise terminal. A great variety at breakfast which was included. Front desk was flexible about early check in and we were also able to get a late check out. Stayed for 7 nights, room was tidied 5 times, once they knocked and we opted out. Rooms are small but clean and well appointed. Construction is going on all around the location, cranes fill the sky line. No early start up of equipment so it did not hinder our sleep. Streets are torn up for a new rapid transit, I believe a train will be underground for most of its route, so again construction. Entrance is not easy to find, but is at street level and there is an elevator an escalator and stairs to get to the floor for check in. The entrance is on a hill, Auckland is very hilly, wear practical shoes for walking about, pulling suit cases would not be practical, we saw that and people were struggling.

Unfortunately there are alot of roadworks around the hotel so it is difficult for buses especially to get to. However, don't let this put you off. Has a superb location right over from the Sky Tower street so you'll never get lost, a friendly and knowledgeable concierge and a small shop with some good souvenirs. Best of all though is the food. The breakfasts, in my opinion, were the best I have had on my travels - and I've been to many hotels in many places over the years! Great selection, well presented, perfectly cooked and the fluffiest tastiest pancakes ever!

I will try to be as constructive as possible with my review, but before all that, I will say this was probably the worst hostel I have ever stayed in! If I could give it zero stars, I would. I have stayed in many hostels around the world, and I understand that not all hostels are perfect. You get what you pay for with hostels. But I've never stayed in a hostel so bad that I checked out 2 days early! The roof of the rooms was absolutely disgusting to look at. The ensuite bathroom was filthy as well. I arrived late in the evening on my 1st night, and there wasn't even toilet paper in the bathroom! I had 2 horrible nights of sleep on a horrible mattress, a wafer thin pillow, and a blanket that you wouldn't throw over the back of a couch! On my last night, I actually had to wear a hoodie to keep warm! And when you climbed into the top bunk, if there wasn't somebody lying in the bottom bunk, the bunk beds nearly leaned over! Not exactly safe! You couldn't relax on the bed either it was so uncomfortable! There is no breakfast provided! At the very least, the most basic of hostels will provide cereal and toast! Not here, unfortunately. There are only plugs on the bottom half of the rooms as well, which means you have to plug your devices into a plug on the floor in the middle of the room! In a room full of strangers! And while there are lockers available, they're light, so if someone wanted to pick it up and steal it, they could. A few tips for this hostel: 1: Comfortable mattresses, proper sheets and duvets, and proper pillows. 2: Deep clean the rooms every so often. 3: Charging points that are easily accessible to people on top and bottom bunks. 4: No lights out at 10 pm! While this didn't affect me as I stayed away from the hostel as long as possible until I wanted to go to bed, lights out at 10pm is a load of b******s! Remember, it's a room full of adults. 5: Clean the communal bathrooms and showers! They weren't exactly the cleanest places in the world. Do a deep clean on them every so often. And fix some of the doors on the communal toilets because some of them don't lock. 0/10 guys, unfortunately. This place really needs to get its act together.

總體滿意 地理位置：特別好，離sky tower就5分鐘步行，去queen st也步行可達，大概8-10分鐘，酒店周邊很多好吃的，都在步行範圍，brunch、日料、韓餐都有；酒店正對面就是個公園。 環境衞生：房間帶有洗衣機烘乾機，很方便有需要每天洗衣服的人羣，房間也比較大，有客廳。衹是一次性用品需要問前台要，拖鞋要自備。有的房間能直接看到skytower，有的衹能看到城市夜景。 停車：酒店有自己的停車場🅿️，每晚40刀，周邊也有路邊停車和其他停車場。但酒店停車場勝在停車場可以直達酒店房間。 這次到奧克蘭前三晚就是訂的這個酒店，是個印度人幫忙checkin的，我們想要兩張房卡，結果被告知不能提供，就很無語。玩了幾天後回到奧克蘭，最後一晚還是這的這個酒店，是個白人小哥幫忙checkin的，二話不説就是給了兩張房卡。

地理位置很優越，走幾步就到皇後街上，離天空塔很近，從機場坐巴士到天空塔交通樞紐再到酒店很便利。網上定的一日遊集合地點也在天空塔交通樞紐，過去非常方便。 附近好吃的中餐、韓餐、日料、越南粉各種選擇都有，吃不慣西餐的，各類選擇足以滿足中國胃。
