奧克蘭雷吉斯酒店(Rydges Auckland, an EVT hotel)

Good place if sky city isn t available...rooms are ok size.comfy bed

This was my second time staying in this property and it is always a great experience. For international travelers like myself, they are very accommodating and make check-in a breeze. The rooms are clean and the beds are so comfortable. The in-house restaurant is incredible especially their breakfast buffet! I also love that it's so centric and walking distance from great restaurants and entertainment. It is literally a couple of blocks away from the Sky Tower, and it is a very convenient location to get picked up/dropped off if you book tours. I'll definitely stay here again!

Rushes was advertised as a 4-5 star hotel, but it doesn’t meet that bar. The beds in our upgraded room were rolling beds on wheels. The hotel doesn’t have its own parking and self parking was 2 blocks away. Staff was friendly but the facility has limited amenities. Certainly not great for families

We stayed 2 nights. They didnt come to clean the room after the first night which was surprising. We asked for a clean and someone came at 8pm abd gave us some clean towels. The tv was very difficult to operate. You needed a qr code reader o a smartphone to log in we gave up aftet 1 hour same with trying to access room service. We gave up and went out to eat elsewhere. Room was by a lift and under a very noisy bar it sounded like so very noisy both nights. The door didnt seem to close properly so we wedged it with a chair as it kept opening by itself. Reception seemed deserted. Was like staying in deserted cheap hostel

I rang reception twice to sort the aircond but noone did despite reception staff saying they would. The men on the restaurant teception were great but one woman has real comprehension difficulties on 3 days I got breakfast. She blamed it on the computer being slow but it wasn't

Comfortable stay, rooms nicely appointed, extremely efficient and helpful representatives, and awesome location for easy access to nearby attractions. I do question why (like many hotels) they feel compelled to have the hardest, thickest pillows known to man in the rooms with no alternative in the name of supposed luxury - both my wife and I had almost zero sleep as they were far, far to high and hard, it was better using nothing. Unless you have a rubber neck I fail to see how anyone can use these. Beyond this, the rooms carried relatively significant noise from other guests, so not necessarily the hotels fault, but did make for a tiring restless stay. Check out was very fast and problem free. Overall I’d try again (but bring your own pillow)

外観、内装、古さは感じますが、手入れはされている感じです。ロビーのソファーでチェックインまで時間を潰すことができてよかった。ビル同士が接近しているので眺望は期待しない方がいいです。空港への直通バスがスカイタワーから出ているのでそれを利用する予定の人は、スカイタワー付近に泊まることをお勧めします。ハーバー近辺に泊まると荷物を持ってタワーまで坂を登ってくることになるので。相当な登りです
