挺不錯的，離泡温泉的地方很近走路2分鐘，還可以打8折，旁邊就是湖。

Great location, near Sylvia Park and other local supermarkets and shops.
Well signposted and easy to enter from Mt Wellington Highway.
Ample parking for extra cars.
Clean and well equipped.
The manager happily gave us extra towels for the extra adults staying.
Towels replaced on the second day.

Apartment style motel. Good for families.
We got three people living in a two bedroom unit with 4 beds in total. It's enough for a five people to stay.
The staff are very friendly. Especially the guy in the front desk. He is very kind and helpful.
I recommend this motel.

The room was comfortable but very basic. Two thin tired towels were left for us. Tea and coffee making facilities were available but we weren’t offered any milk. Cleaning needs attention. We didn’t appreciate the cobwebs and spiders. Otherwise appeared clean. Thin walls ……we could hear next doors tv as one of the beds backed onto that wall. Not much lighting outside so returning to the room at night wasn’t safe when alone.

It was ok, the room was actually quite cold and there were no extra blankets to use either. I'm from Dunedin so for me to say I was cold is definitely a concern. Also no iron was in the room either.
