Menü für einen besonderen Anlass einen Tag im Voraus bestellt und bis ins letzte Detail abgestimmt. Als ich es abholen musste: - Ich habe 10 Minuten an der Rezeption gewartet - Niemand hat gegrüßt - Als ich nach der Bestellung fragte, wurde mir gesagt, dass, da ich am Tag der Bestellung nicht zurückgerufen habe, nichts da sei. Ich würde vorschlagen, den Höflichkeitsstandard zu überarbeiten. Übrigens, wenn die Küche offen ist, könnte eine Lösung sein, eine Alternative anzubieten. When I had to pick up : - I waited 10 min at the reception - Nobody said hello - As I asked for the order, I was that as I did not call back on d-day, nothing was there. I would suggest to rework the politeness standard. By the way, when the kitchen is open, one solution could be to offer an alternative. Thanks for this unforgettable Valentine !

Sehr nettes und angagiertes Personal

Hotel etwas ausserhalb der Altstadt, von Straßenseite her nicht dominant erkennbar. Aussenanlage etwas vernachlässigt, Innenbereich Gaststätte konservativ, aber ganz o.k. Zimmer in Holzoptik, modern eingerichtet, Bad ohne Beanstandung sehr gut. Frühstück in Buffetform mit ausgeprägtem Hygienestandard, Plastikhandschuhe zum MNS. Insgesamt guter Eindruck ohne herausragendem Ambiente. Dafür ist der Zimmerpreis zu hoch angesetzt.

Great hotel very clean, comfortable and the most friendly team there, made me feel very welcome nothing too much trouble. Dinner was great well cooked traditional Bavarian. Breakfast also good quality and fast. Easy access from the autobahn with good parking. Would go back for sure.
