We stayed here for a family wedding. It is not fancy but very clean and comfortable. The staff was very attentive too. The elevator broke down the day we were checking out. While I think it is weird someone designed a 3 story hotel with only one elevator, it is not the staff’s fault. They were trying so hard to help everyone and sent an employee up to our room to help with the big bag. I appreciated it!

Checked in online and when we arrived the mobile key system was down. Staff was working on it and informed us about the situation and brought us to our room letting us know when the system was fixed they would get our keys to us. Cody from the front desk was very helpful. Rooms were clean and neat. If we have to be picky some pint was chipping off the ceiling in the bathroom and a cracked in the shower wall that was fixed was noticeable. Didn’t stop us from using it. Wi-Fi was good. Only thing that was disappointing was the breakfast. Very little selection. Food was below par. Lots of prepackaged items just warmed up. Nothing to write home about. Overall a decent place for a night or two.

Outstanding service both from the check-in (Sunday) and the breakfast staff. Breakfast area was kept clean and restocked all am. Upgraded King suite is roomy and really comfortable. Two TVs make an enjoyable evening for all. Room was quiet and therefore restful.

I stayed here Mon - Thursday. I had no service onTuesday. When I asked for service on Wednesday I was asked what services I wanted. I said fresh towels, trash, not realizing my bed would not be made or the coffee service refreshed. That was the only service I rec’d during my stay. I understand everyone is short staffed but if you are in the room, make the bed and refresh the amenities. My husband is a Marriott titanium member and was appalled.

Very strange and i've seen my issues in other reviews. All of the lamps, alarm clock, coffee maker and refrigerator where unplugged! I plugged everything in and waited for the fridge to get up to temp. had to reset the clock. Unfortunately there are barely enough outlets for their own lights, so its tough to plug in a phone charger and laptop. Some hotels have usb ports in the lamp base or a dockings station, There is nothing here! To top it off we broke the bed frame. Pretty disappointing for a Marriott family hotel.

Very welcoming and friendly staff! Hotel was very clean! Our Executive King room was spacious with separate, nice seating area with comfy furniture and a large TV. King bed allowed weary travelers to rest in comfort. Breakfast was hot, plentiful, and delicious!

Well located, solid, decent rooms but the breakfast was not too good. Still this is a fine place to stay in Augusta - it does the job. There's a Wal Mart down the street to pick up some extra food - and the hotel is just off the freeway.

The room was nice sized with amenities like a massage chair and free popcorn. Mattress and pillows were great and this plus the air conditioner made for a restful sleep. Breakfast was decent. Pool was nice.

Nice hotel, well located. it has a small pool but the front desk moved us right across from it when I mentioned my 7 year old granddaughter wanted to swim. Buffet breakfast was a cut above and the ladies who ran it were right on top of things. Great spinach quiche
