"Motel is being renovated, should be made aware of this when booking. Made a 4 week reservation (pre paid) only to be told upon arrival that they only allow a three week stay and had to wait 2 hours for trip. Com and motel to work out refund for one week. I then had to call 3 hours later to find out where we stood because the motel would not check me in. Neither trip.com or the motel would make any exceptions. I had to pay for a one night stay so I would be able to check in while they worked it out, the motel did in fact refund the one night the next day. No microwave or fridge available for a three week stay. Only one staff member was friendly and accommodating. Lots of rif-raf coming in and out of the lobby, lots of noise. I realize this is not a high end motel but still should be made to feel safe."

"The hotel does not have a shuttle bus service. Check this service before traveling. Easy check-in. It is recommended to talk about the check-in and check-out dates clearly on the check-in date. Because I have experienced a misunderstanding from the hotel that I checked out 2 days before the actual day and swiped my card (which I used to pay the deposit when checking in) for 2 more nights and a new deposit. I had to negotiate to get the money back. It was quite difficult and I had to send an email to confirm the booking, but I got it all back. Trip.com helped solve the problem together. It was very good. I would like to praise it. The room was spacious and comfortable, but there was no cleaning service during the stay. Breakfast was sufficient. There was a waffle maker for you to make yourself. There were biscuits with average taste. The location is far from the city. But if you want to go to the university and the hospital, it is quite close. But if you walk, be careful. There are some homeless groups."
