Location is unbeatable, price was great, check in and check out was frameless

It is a very good hotel! We enjoyed our stay! There are lovely views and nice room layouts!

The staffs are very nice and helpful. Well managed and clean rooms as well.

Room was very dirty and mold on the windows. I took my shoes off for 5 minutes and walked on the carpet and my feet were all black. The shower dropped water ALL night and when I went down to complain, he just handed me the managers card. We couldn’t sleep all night due to the dripping. Checkout is at 11:00 and we had the do not disturb sign up and she walked in at 9:30 while we were sleeping and said “oh I’m so sorry” then I was in the shower at 10:30 and she walked in AGAIN on me showering saying “oh I thought y’all left” I would NEVER recommend this place

Property was close to Moody center for our concert. Staff was attentive & helpful. Upon our arrival, we noticed a BIG cockroach on the wall. We didn’t sleep comfortably as you could imagine.

The pillows in our room were covered in blood stains. Upon telling the front desk, they did not care. It took 20 minutes to get new pillows. This place is not clean. Stay anywhere else.
