布達-奧斯汀南麥客達温德姆套房酒店(Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Buda Austin South)

El hotel esta caro para lo que ofrece, en remodelación, el desayuno incluido es un chiste, pan blanco sin mantequilla ni mermelada, leche y cereal, el personal ni sabia que pasaba, todos los clientes molestos; las toallas manchadas, no había jabón en el baño cuando llegamos, lo pedimos pero tuvimos que bajar nosotros por él, no tienen caja fuerte, las camas no están mal, yo no lo recomiendo y menos por el precio

La atención estuvo bien pero el cuarto no tenia closed y tampoco el desayuno muy simple solo pan cafe y pancakes no bueno

Propiedad en obra sin aviso, ruido, trabajadores, polvo y pintura.

No me gustó la poca variedad en el desayuno y todo frío.

I have stayed in this hotel before and frankly I liked the previous decor and furniture. I liked the mirrors horizontally along the wall and the suite wall separating the bed from the sofa area. I also liked the sink, refrigerator and microwave area in the suites before because they really maximized the counter space. I don’t know if it’s because I was put in the first floor this time that it was so different this stay. The “kitchen” area felt small since there was only a sink, no wall counter, the microwave was under the tv by the bed, and there was no dividing wall between the bed and sofa area.

I think they're in the middle of a remodel. There was trim missing in the bathroom. The nice, new shower did not have a shelf. The door trim was not secured completely to the wall. The kid at the front desk disappeared for long periods of time while I was down eating breakfast. The breakfast counter needed to be cleaned. Our heat worked fine: but I overheard another guest saying their heat wouldn't get above 65. (Operator error?)

The floors had construction and old appliances all over the floor. The first room was not ready so we went downstairs and were given a new room. This room was comfortable but the rooms looks like they got a deal from IKEA the decor was like for a preschool with multi colored pegs on the wall. We slept fine the bed was comfortable but whe. We got up to take a shower there was no hot water! They said they were working on the building and no rooms had hot water!!!!!! How can you rent a room out with no hot water!!!! We have yet to have anyone call us to apologize or compensate us . This was a really poor experience. Don’t stay here.

Under construction. Construction debris everywhere. No baseboards in bathroom. Called front desk and no answer. Had to walk down to ask question. The place was a mess.

I’ve booked a suit room but ended up getting a studio ad they’re renovating all the suits ( I booked a few days in advance and bought in suit price). Front desk didn’t inform me that there was no suits but make me move to another studio that is cheaper. Heater doesn’t work in that room. We left with 72f and came back with 63f a/c running. We requested the maintenance before we left, after 5 hrs later, nothing was fixed. Only in the bathroom was a shampoo. I’d say this place deserved to be 1 star instead of 3. Service could be a 0
