Horrible security! We stayed here for a wedding and had our vehicle broken in to. We had read previous reviews and should've just booked somewhere else. The fire alarm went off around 8:15 in the morning on 9/3 and the staff were clueless on how to turn it off until we called 911 ourselves to have the fire department dispatched. Pure chaos

There were so many cockroaches scattering everywhere. Every time we walked in the room I had to kill many of them. Netflix would not work no matter what I tried and staff didn’t know how to help. Fire alarm went off for more than 30 minutes early in the morning and made us miss our flight back home. Had to book a later flight. Totally unacceptable.

This morning there was a fire alarm going off at 8:10 am. We had to wake up to go outside. We waited outside for a half hour. No one from the hotel came out to give us direction. We had to go and ask finally because my nieces and I had to go to the bathroom. They said it was a false alarm. It was very loud. A lot of people were waiting outside. They should give a discount to everyone because it was a inconvenience.

I saw the rating 8.9, so I booked. It is not even close to 7.5. Room was smelling bad when entering. There was something wrong with the AC/humidity - not comfortable at all through the night. Breakfast was pathetic - did not evem have basic stuff. no water/juice machine. no bread. The check-in agent was not that friendly - she did it like a robot.

We reserved a suited 6/23 for the week of 7/22-29. When we arrived late on 7/22, we were told the suite was not available, and we we were downgraded to another room for the first night, and then we moved to a suite for the nights 2-7. We were told there would be no funds returned to us for their error in not having our room available and the price difference of the lesser room we were placed in, let alone the inconvenience of moving out of the room after night 1 and not being able to get situated. When we got into out suite on night 2, the heat was turned on to 86 degrees in the bedroom! The suite was fine, but we only received housekeeping on day 4 at our specific request. On the last morning, housekeeping entered our room an hour prior to check-out, with a do not disturb on the door, without knocking. All in all, the location was great. The rest left a lot to be improved!

The room had everything we needed and and a few Xtra unexpected niceties. Very comfy bed. Super nice walk-in shower, with perfect temp and water pressure. Room temp was also perfect. Overall no complaints and will definitely stay again!

Room hadn’t been cleaned. Food on floor. Hair in the bathtub. Blood and stains on the blanket. Only one cup in the cabinet.

Front desk employees are very rude and not courteous. Morning break fast was really a joke. There was hardly couple items were there. Completely disappointing.

This property was very clean & nice. The workers were nice. Price was great as well!!
