We reserved a suited 6/23 for the week of 7/22-29. When we arrived late on 7/22, we were told the suite was not available, and we we were downgraded to another room for the first night, and then we moved to a suite for the nights 2-7. We were told there would be no funds returned to us for their error in not having our room available and the price difference of the lesser room we were placed in, let alone the inconvenience of moving out of the room after night 1 and not being able to get situated. When we got into out suite on night 2, the heat was turned on to 86 degrees in the bedroom! The suite was fine, but we only received housekeeping on day 4 at our specific request. On the last morning, housekeeping entered our room an hour prior to check-out, with a do not disturb on the door, without knocking. All in all, the location was great. The rest left a lot to be improved!
