Great hotel for a quick trip.

Great grounds and location on South Congress. We had a "studio" room. It was compact but comfortable. Bathroom was very small. Valet parking was unsatisfactory. Only one valet on duty at a time. We encountered a problem with one valet having to deal with 7 vehicles at the same time. Also Austin is a late night town. We arrived back at our room on Friday night at midnight only to find that valet service had shut down for the night. The desk clerk instructed us to lock the car, leave it in the street with the flasheers on and bring the key to him and someone would eventually take care of it. I want to stress the individual valets were very helpful. This is a management and staffing issue. I would not return again if I had a car with me.

The hotel is in a great location. They don't really seem to cater to the business traveler. The internet was dow most of the stay and the staff started getting snippy about it. The music at the pool starts at 8am and is really loud. The music at night is also very loud. Not a hotel to stay in if you are i Austin for work or would like some quiet first thing in the morning and you should brig your own internet so as not to inconvenience the front desk about when the hotel internet is out.

Loved the vibe and look. Our room was decent size. It opened to a fairly unfortunate alley where trash was thrown away late and early. We had an issue with our refrigerator beeping non stop in the middle of the night. Somebody looked at it right away but had to just unplug it. The location and price were great.

Very friendly staff and clean, modern rooms and amenities. It was a very pleasant stay and definitely hope to return

What a wonderful, quirky hotel. It’s my first time at Hotel, and I will be back. It’s perfectly located at South Congress to go and explore the very cool area, full of great shops, restaurants, music venues, and bars.

We had a nice 3 night stay. Hotel is super attractive in trendy, Instagram-y way, The location is really excellent Parking was expensive so we opted to find an on street spot and mostly ventured out on foot. We also had some nice evenings in the bar which had great service. The room was clean, we loved the shower and the bed. Aesthetics rule over practicality; for example no reading lights around the bed and washcloths would have been nice! Overall, would probably go back as it fits an Austin adventure nicely.

This is a great location with lots of retail and restaurants around. Easy walk to downtown. The property is really pretty and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was a little asutere for my taste
