奧斯汀公寓酒店(Austin Condo Hotel)

The unit was very nice and the checkin with a person in the lobby, not the building checkin, went fine and was easy. The location is perfect for Rainey Street and the lake. The two bedroom was perfect for us and our adult daughter. If I stay here again I would compare their rates with that of the owners of the building Natiivo.

I already communicated a few issues with the owner. More importantly I was double charged for the parking. The owner indicated that that was different depar**ent but would look into. I waited with no response, and I had my Credit card company dispute it and took the charges from my account. Regardless, it is still responsibility since parking belongs to this hotel

Easy check in, well laid out unit. We were able to get in a bit early which was helpful. The unit was well stocked with linens, kitchen wares and coffee. Although listed as a penthouse suite in the name of the unit, it was halfway up the building which I felt was a little weird. Great place, I would recommend and revisit.

Had such a great experience. Super easy check in and check out. The property itself it beautiful and at such a great price. Better than some nearby hotels. I went for just a two day getaway winter vacay with my husband and our young daughter. Book your stay. Its worth it.

All in all the property accommodated our needs. A few vanity requests for your female guests: please add a full length mirror to the space and additional lighting around the bathroom mirrors would be greatly appreciated. That's all. Everything was great. Easy 10min walk to the convention center and a small grocery store right around the corner for any last min items you might need.

Beautiful condo! Bed is really comfortable, the pillows not so much. It’s the only thing I would change. Customer service is amazing!! I will definitely be back! It will be my family’s place in Austin. Thank you!

They went above and beyond by letting us have an early check in time since we arrived at 9:00am. The check in process was super easy. Their communication was very prompt. The place was very nice. Coffee/alcohol shop in the lobby. The view from our balcony and the rooftop pool was absolutely beautiful. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in I think. The bathrooms were very nice size and everything about the condo was updated and clean. The location was great. Short walk to Rainey and sixth Street. Would one million percent stay here again!

The unit was spacious and clean, and communication with the property owner was excellent. The pool was heated, and the coffee in the lobby was great. There is a lot of construction in the neighborhood and not many walkable dining options, but a short drive to South Congress and Whole Foods. Will definitely stay again!

The condo as well as the rooftop pool/rec area are in great condition and have spectacular panoramic views of the city. It's about a 30-minute walk to downtown or Zilker Park and there is a very nice walking trail along the river to get to those places during the day (although it's not lit up at night). And the price was very reasonable for what you got. As nice as it was, for my next trip I might pick something in downtown or near Zilker park so I can have a shorter walk to those places.
