伍德布里奇萬楓套房酒店(Fairfield Inn & Suites Woodbridge)

We found the hotel to be clean, comfortable, and well kept. It was in an good, centrally located spot for our needs. We were very pleased with the staff friendliness and service. Would definitely stay there again if our travels warranted. Cassandra at the front desk was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional.

They double charged my dad for the same stay of night all because they told us to different story one over the phone and another when we had got there because they told us it was needed of adult supervision and to check in being that i was not of 21 age so my dad was supposed to had been the add on but that didn't happened or was done, so they made him book another over night stay on his card again which charged again that they said that couldn't do anything with the first cuz I was of under age so I couldn't check in and they didn't refund his money back for the first reservation!!!

Staff untrained Printers do not work. Staff member rude to family member Room not cleaned for 3 days

Let the buyer beware!!! If you book this place, they have a strict no refund policy. So, if you simply don't like the place, or are in a bad car wreck, etc. Your money will be taken from you.

Before and during my checkin process Barbara was outstanding, She made sure my family and I ceckin process easy and assured my family and myself if we needed anything during our stay to phone the front desk and someone would handle any questions or concerns.

Check-In: Would not accept any of my CC or my wife CC at check-in. They did something and told us not to worry about it. When we got home there was a 290.00 hold on the account that should not have been there since they couldn't "access our CC" abd told us not to worry about it. Room: Was supposed to be a microwave in the room. At least that's what we were told. No microwave. No maid service. They said to put used towels on the floor. We did but since there was no maid service we were screwed. Good thing there was another set. This place ******

Very friendly staff. I didn't have any complaints while I was there. It was clean, quiet, and had a prestigious feeling to it.

Room was not available for check in at 3pm had to wait 2 hrs for room to be clead , and there were 2 other families also waiting before me had same problem, wont recommended
