Cleaniness was ok. The curtains were a disaster. They were broken and did not fit the window frame. The blind to keep out morning light would not pull down. The only left the transparent curtain working over the window. Mind you, I had an eastern facing window, so the sun would come beaming in like crazy at 6 am. I would get dressed while anyone could peer in if they had a high enough view. The young lady at the counter could care less. They wanted to give a 35% discount if I was willing to be exposed and have the sun burning bright in my face in the morning. The weather is beautiful right now. and sun still comes up early. I said 'no thanks.'

Stayed about 30 minutes before canceling my stay and booking somewhere else. Went into the bed for 10 minutes and got bite marks all over my body. I can’t confirm that it was bed bugs but due to how dirty and smelly the place was I didn’t feel good about having my kids sleep here. So we packed up and left.

Pool disappointing. Hot tub is broken/closed. Pool so over chlorinated it was hard to breathe. Reservation was for a family of 6 (suite) , only had 2 towels, no sheets for pull out bed. Staff was friendly and accommodating to our requests for the extra towels and sheets. Overall for the fairly high price point , the hotel is disappointing.

I liked how close it was to the stores and only 1hr from the city. What I didnt like was my main purpose for getting this hotel was the hottub. The hot tub works but is NOT HOT. I also didnt like the fact the rooms have a thermostat that goes up to 80, however it blows cool air. Its winter time we were FREEZING. We had 4 people in our room and only received 3 towels. They do not provide wash cloths. We also got a seperate suite and the bed in the suite are NOT COMFORTABLE they are solid hard. Our towels were never changed we had to call and ask for more. The pricing is convenient but you get what you pay for.

Avid traveler. This location was fine right off Route 1. The issue was the staff and unwillingness to get things done. For example my family and I stayed in em 210 there was no hot water. I specifically asked for room to be cleaned after 1st night and staff did not clean room. Each morning breakfast pans were empty by 8am and remained that way. I spoke to guy at front desk. The lady working kitchen was useless. She walked around on her cell phone. I would not stay at this location again

I booked this hotel because it had a hot tub and pool. Both were broken and closed during my stay. Room TV was not working. Shade on window of room that overlooked the Route 1 highway was broken. Lots of road noise in room. The breakfast they provided included burnt scrambled eggs and crappy coffee and they didn’t even provide any regular milk or cream for the coffee (only artificial CoffeeMate creamer). Water in the room was only lukewarm, so shower felt like a camp shower.

No había servicio en el cuarto, el desayuno no estaba bien, el ares de la piscina no funcionaba, tenía q buscar un personal cada vez q fuera a vicitar el area, mi niño se corto un dedo y no tenían primeros auxilios, el ruido de la bañera, los gritos de los ortos guespedes se escuchaban en mi cuarto

Muy complicado el check in Me cobraron un deposito de $104 dolares que ninca aplicaron a mi cuenta Me siento robado Y para completar en 5 días nunca limpiaron la habitación que por que eran días festivos
