費德亞尼亞花園酒店(Fedrania Gardens Hotel)

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Neglected, dirty and poor service. The young lady at the reception who couldn't handle anything. The room was completely unprepared for our arrival, lacking a full set of towels and bedding for my daughter. Not recommend it.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! I was solo travelling and literally just wanted a room to sleep in but this was absolutely disgusting. However the area is lovely, The locals are friendly, beautiful beaches and lots of great shops/restaurants so find another hotel in the area and visit beautiful Cyprus. *Witnessed the Male receptionist urinating against the hotel wall. *unsafe hotel room - broken door that did not lock -they refused to swap my room or fix the door. *stains of blood and dirt on bedding and towels - refused to give new towels. *broken and dirty shower - refused to fix. *hair found on the bedding and in bathroom (not my hair) *dirt everywhere. *the bed literally looked like someone had slept in it. Not how you'd expect it to look. The room looked nothing like the photos online. *Disgusting smell *no signal on my phone when going into the room, yet just outside the door it came back fully. *broken furniture (My hotel provider managed to get me a new room 2 days later - there was still stains on the bedsheets and towels and alot of dirt and broken furniture but it had a safe door). *rooms are not cleaned during stay and towels not changed. I was there for 10nights. *extremely rude staff member who made multiple visitors cry and then laughed at them in their face. She out right refused to help me, despite me being very polite and even apologising for complaining. *staff all relaying different information regarding check in time (this started at 2pm then 2.30pm then 3.30pm) and rules. *I didnt see one person use the swimming pool - I cant say I blame them it stunk and looked dirty. *sunbeds were broken so can't be used. *50euro damage deposit (cash only) is worrying when you then find so much damaged in your room - luckily my hotel provider got mine back. A few people seemed to be booking into other hotels locally instead of this one. Honestly, take these negative experiences seriously. I didnt and I wish I had of. It was awful. I've never experienced anything like it.

Horrible certes l’accueil est chaleureux cependant les chambre sont horrible vive l’humidité les lavabo ainsi que les toilettes bouchées de la peinture sur tout les Matelas des bettes en tout genre et vive la saleté partout ! A oui l’hôtel ne répond jamais au mails

The worst hotel we stayed at. The bathroom was disgusting and full of molds. The towels that they give are full of stain like they have been used for 20 yrs already. I wont even use that old of a towel at home but they have the guts to offer it to their guests and let them use it. The crowd are youngsters who smoke cigarettes in the pool and use ***** out in the open. These youngsters also party at the pool at midnight up to early in the morning with their loud noises, you wont even get a decent sleep. Had to change hotel in the middle of vacation coz of these. They only have two options for breakfast which is lame. The only good thing about this hotel is the airconditioning unit and small fridge in the room works really well. Not for families with small children.

Fedrania Gardens hotel is the WORST hotel in aiya napa, only go there if you want to have a TERRIBLE HOLIDAY, mould on wall, bacteria shower, ants AND cockroaches in our room, management threatened to kick us out when we complained about the room and us with no accomadation!!! PLEASE NEVER BOOK THIS PLACE SMELLY AND DIRTY AND THEY HAVE STRAY CATS IN THE HOTEL WHERE THEY CAN ENTER YOUR ROOM

Hotel faktycznie zasługuje na swoje dwie gwiazdki: pokoje Ok, fajne baseny, kilka minut na pieszo do najbliższej plaży i bardzo miłe recepcjonistki ( pozdrawiamy naszą ulubioną Lenkę) a minusy: personel sprzątający jest leniwy, jedzenie monotonne (po siedmiu dniach już ma się dość) i zdecydowanie odradzamy all inclusive( od HB różni się tylko tym,że do kolacji są napoje i na śniadanie do wyboru dochodzi Cyprus Breakfast, a w trakcie dnia trzeba upominać się o jedzenie i prosić recepcję o przygotowanie czegoś do picia).

Πολύ ωραίο ξενοδοχείο. Μείναμε στο δωμάτιο με ιδιωτική πισίνα. Καθαρό δωμάτιο, περιποιημένο με μοντέρνο ντουζ. Η τιμή πολύ προσιτή. Το συστήνω με 1000. Το wifi λειτουργεί σε όλους τους χώρους. Ήσυχη τοποθεσία με εύκολη πρόσβαση προς το κέντρο και τις παραλίες

I do not recommend. never again.mold, mess.the service is a disaster, not helpful at all. avoid this place. there is no WiFi in the rooms even though it says so.only in the lobby near the reception

BEAUTIFUL HOTEL, LUXURY ROOM, JUNIOR SUITE WITH PRIVATE POOL, PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AT RECEPTION, CLEAN ROOM EVERYDAY , INFINITY POOL, IT' S REALLY COMPARATE 4* HOTEL. PROBABLY IT'S THE BEST CHOICE AT AYLA NAPA , BEST PRICE, AND CLOSE TO NISSI BEACH. JUST 10 MINUTES WALKING.
