帝王大酒店(Hotel le Grand Monarque)

Excellente halte dans cet hôtel en plein coeur d'Azay Le Rideau. Décoration soignée , accueil très sympathique. Chambre spacieuse et agréable, rénovée très récemment, bien insonorisée dans une bâtisse magnifique en tuffeau bien sûr. Les restaurants à 2 pas, parking privé à disposition. Le château d'Azay à 150 m environ. Excellemment situé pour rejoindre Chinon, Ussé, Langeais et Bourgueil .... Bref, on recommande.

Excelente hotel en Azay-le-Rideau, un delicioso pueblito con un chateau que es una maravilla y vale la pena visitar. Nuestra estancia (sólo una noche) fue estupenda. Todo en la habitación estaba perfecto, en consonancia con el estilo del hotel: una casa-palacio antigua rehabilitada con buen gusto. Cómodo y tranquilo. Desayuno con opciones limitadas (como es de esperar en un hotel pequeño), pero todas ellas de buena calidad y en un entorno agradable; vale la pena pagarlo. Tiene un parking frente al hotel, securizado, con plazas amplias, y buen acceso, y varias de ellas bajo techo. El personal es extraordinariamente amable y atento, antes y durante la estancia. Lo recomiendo sin duda.

We stayed at this lovely hotel during a cycling holiday through the Loire Valley. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and modern with all the comforts we required. The hotel has been tastefully refurbished over the last 10 years and is a credit to the owners. The perfect location, with easy access to the chateau and village shops and restaurants.

Dieses pittoreske, kleine, inhabergeführte Hotel haben wir nun bereits zum 3. Mal besucht und waren bisher immer vollends zufrieden. Die beiden Inhaber als auch das Personal sind überaus freundlich und vor allem äußerst hilfsbereit, z. B. bei der Suche nach möglichen Unternehmungen, bei der Reservierung von Restaurants und natürlich ganz allgemein am Empfang an der Rezeption. Das Hotel besteht aus drei historischen Gebäuden aus dem 18./19. Jahrhundert mit innen liegendem Hof, unser Zimmer war diesem Stil entsprechend und kombiniert mit modernen Elementen sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zimmer und Hotel sind sehr gepflegt. Parkplätze können gegen eine Gebühr von 7€ pro Tag dazu gebucht werden - das haben wir aufgrund der Lage mit wenig öffentlichen Parkplätzen in der direkten Umgebung auch bisher immer getan. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir kostenlos in einem eigens dafür hergerichteten Raum sicher abstellen. Im unmittelbaren Umfeld liegen in fußläufiger Entfernung eine ganze Reihe sehr guter Restaurants, das Hotel war uns bei der Suche und Reservierung der Restaurants eine sehr große Hilfe. Auch das Schloss von Azay-le-Rideau ist nur fünf Gehminuten entfernt. Weitere Schlösser der Loire können mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Auto innerhalb kurzer Zeit erreicht werden.

Hôtel très bien placé et au calme. Chambres élégantes et très propres. Petit déjeuner buffet de qualité. Accueil courtois et souriant. Un agréable séjour en famille (un papa, une maman et quatre enfants âgés de 7 à 16 ans) du vendredi 15h au dimanche 10h.

The hotel's walls are made of the beautiful white stone that is used in so many buildings in this area, but especially nice in the hotel compared to nearby chateaux, due to the excellent upkeep. Our room was very spacious and pleasant, with a great shower, but no tub. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Perhaps due to the stone walls, the WiFi was a little slow. The location of the hotel with regard to nearby chateaux, along with the gated inexpensive parking, makes it a great base of operations for exploring the Loire valley. Breakfast was great every morning, and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

We stayed at La Grande Monarque for three nights. Everything was perfect from the first contact with Vincent upon arrival. We enjoyed a very spacious room with comfortable beds and luxurious bedding, a large bath with two sinks, an American style breakfast and assistance with everything we needed during our stay. We would highly recommend this hotel and the village of Azay-le-Rideau. The village is smaller than others in the area making it easier to manage, stroll and explore without fighting crowds and cars. The hotel offers secure parking which we appreciated. Without exception, the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Magnifique hôtel! Extrêmement propre, chambre très spacieuse avec coin salon et beaucoup de charme. Lit et oreillers très confortables. Grande salle de bain moderne avec chauffe-serviettes. Accueil très sympathique. Extrêmement bien situé à 5 minutes de marche du château. Boulangerie, charcuterie et restos juste à côté. Je recommande fortement ❤️

Très bon établissement, la qualité de l'accueil et de l'hébergement est exceptionnel. Le personnel est à l'écoute et le bâtiment bien qu'ancien est doté d'équipement moderne.
