Excelente hotel. Habitación muy silenciosa. En ciertos horarios no había suficiente agua caliente pero como es un destino caluroso se toleraba muy bien. El personal muy amabrle y siempre con una sonrisa. El desayuno no era muy variado pero aceptable. Cuentan con estacionamiento propio y piscina. No está en el centro. A dos cuadras hay un supermercado con un patio de comidas

Hotel needs a renovation. Aircon is functioning well but there was a slight noise when the aircon is ON. But hotel is accessible to public places and is pretty decent. You should improve on breakfast. 2 days and food is a bit too salty. No bidet in the toilet. Shower head is probably clogged a bit so water flow is a bit restricted.

Booked the room for a dear friend & his family for New Year's Eve. Upon check-in my friend encountered a mouse in the room that he had to exterminate!!!
The New Year's Eve buffet was overpriced for what was offered & the food was sub par.
Will not book here again.

This was an old and pitiful hotel. The food not great. Cleanliness did not seem to be a priority. No hot water in the shower most of the time. I spoke to the owner about my concerns, I noticed that her mind was elsewhere. It's a shame because that city and its people were so beautiful and extremely hospitable.

The room didn’t have the normal things a hotel room normally has. No hair dryer, no ref, only 2 hangers in the cabinet, sporadic WiFi signal and expensive food in the hotel compared to Bacolod standards. They say in the room they have 24/7 in room dining when in reality, the kitchen closes at 10 pm.
