Thank you :) Our experience at the hotel was great. In many ways this hotel was ideal for us, it wasn't right in the city center where all the noise is, but it was close enough to it (about half an hour's walk to the train station with a suitcase and bags). The hotel staff was excellent, very kind and respectful with lots of good and efficient advice. The room was spacious enough and clean and we didn't lack anything. One weak point was for us and it was the bed which was a double bed but, it was connected by two mattresses, and an air conditioner that worked but made a lot of noise. In conclusion, if you don't mind walking to the city center (I strongly recommend everyone to walk and not use public transport, there is a lot to see on the way :) ) And you are looking for the hotel staff to be nice, polite, experienced, know the surroundings and know how to give you tips, this is the hotel check for you. Quite, clean and cozy hotel. All staffs are nice and kind. Bathroom condition and room condition is stunning. Only one cons is not good to come here with public transport. If you can rent a car or using taxi, here is nice hotel in florence. I'm sure you love here.

A beautiful hotel that is not your typical high rise hotel, but more of a large estate. Beautiful grounds and the rooms are well appointed. We had stayed here 5 years ago and enjoyed ourselves so we decided to return, with our daughter. Since there were 3 of us, we booked the Superior Triple Room which turned out to be a sleeper sofa on the first floor and narrow steps leading to the bed upstairs. I wasn't expecting this from the pictures on the website because if I had seen this room, I would not have booked it. The air conditioning was fine on the first floor, however, there was no air making it upstairs so it was hot up there. Beds and pillows were comfortable. There was no TV guide, so you had to scroll through each channel to see what was on each channel. The restaurant was very nice, as was the bar, however, they are very understaffed as it seems to be common all over. There was one waiter in the restaurant to handle about 10 tables, so there was a delay in getting your order. My daughter ordered her beef fillet medium well - it came out rare. We asked the waiter to have them cook it longer, he took it, but we never got it back. When leaving, he apologized about never getting it back to her, that was fine, a minor slip up. The next night that same waiter was working the bar and I joked with him that he does everything, nice guy. People should know that the hotel is outside of Florence, and you either take the shuttle for 7.50 Euro, or a taxi (which will cost about 25 - 30 euros each way. You will NOT walk to anywhere from this hotel, however it is a very relaxing location.

Partiamo dalle cose positive, è situata in posizione fantastica con una vista stupenda su Firenze ed è dotata di parcheggio interno. Camere grandi anche se arredate in modo particolare (poi sia chiaro può piacere o non piacere) con TV di dimensioni ridicole. Essendo i muri davvero vecchi camminando si sente l'effetto tremante sotto e intorno si sentono le voci dalle altre camere, ma anche questo ci sta perché prenotando questo tipo di struttura sono cose che ci possono stare...ah camera anche un po' freddina. Veniamo a quello che non va, a cena veniamo accolti da cameriere che non parlano una parola di Italiano che alle nostre richieste ci dicono di aspettare il cuoco, il cibo purtroppo (almeno quello provato da noi) assolutamente sotto al livello medio della zona, che propone tantissimi agriturismi o trattorie di livello superiore. Colazione la mattina seguente scendiamo a 15 minuti dalla chiusura e troviamo un ragazzo, questo almeno parlava Italiano, che ci dice che era tutto finito e ci invita a prendere massimo un caffè dalla macchinetta per poi scoprire che invece nella saletta della colazione erano ancora presenti torte e affettati, probabilmente non aveva semplicemente voglia di sparecchiare un altro tavolo o chissà cos'altro. Cifra spesa media per la camera e alta per il ristorante, visto ripeto la qualità non proprio altissima. La zona concede tante alternative quindi difficilmente torneremo ed è un peccato perché ripeto le potenzialità sono davvero alte.

房間位置不錯，在市區裏，房間也算是大的，挺精緻的酒店！酒店大堂挺氣派的。早餐的用餐環境也不錯！房間的格局，一家三口👨‍👩‍👧入住要去不會擁擠！小孩的牀是在房間的另外一邊。空間不錯，三個行李箱也不會覺得太擁擠！衛生間的空間也不小，淋浴房挺有意思，是靈活伸縮型的！就是酒店的空調有點熱，空調關了，還是覺得有點熱了！其他都很好！性價比挺高的酒店。

完全超出預期，一路上都訂的四星、五星的酒店，沒想到最讓我驚艷的是這個B&B,老婆直接不想走了，要多住一晚，但可惜的是沒房間了。言歸正傳，非常濃郁的托斯卡納風格建築，性價比超乎想象，房間乾淨舒適，員工非常友好，停車方便且免費。體驗托斯卡納鄉村風格的不二之選。下次要在這住一個禮拜，強烈推薦！

My husband and I just returned from a week at this beautiful wine and olive oil small luxury resort and give our experience five stars! The setting, accommodations and amazing personable staff made our trip something we will always cherish. Gloria helped me plan the our stay six months prior to our arrival and guided us to local tours and activities. They arranged taxi's for our trips in to Florence and were flexible in helping us when our plans change unexpectedly. The restaurant staff were all friendly and welcoming and the dinner and lunch menu's was delicious. We toured the small winery on the property and sampled the olive oils and wines in the small tasting room. The villa was a former nunnery has a wonderful history and the ancient stone building around the property are impressive and blend in beautifully into the Tuscan landscape. Impruenta is the local village walking distance from the resort and we participated in their weekend market and church service which was very special. The small size of the resort made us feel like part of their family and we so look forward to returning on our next Tuscany adventure.
