鷹港賓館(Eagle Harbor Inn)

Never been to Door County before. We loved the area and the Eagle Harbor Inn. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Everyone had fall decorations out and were ready for all the tourists to arrive. Couldn’t believe you could get a big pumpkin for $2.99. What a deal!!!

I was a little disappointed that the unit I had reserved had plumbing issues & we had to go to a less desirable unit. However, the staff was understanding and gave us a break on price. Have been coming here since 1999 & love the property. Will definitely be back. Staff was wonderful!!

Our room at EHI was impeccably clean and spacious. The grounds are well kept and the location is excellent. The one negative is we have liked to have had housekeeping make up our room (Sunday).

We stayed in the Josie room. It was clean and quiet. The staff was pleasant. The grounds were well maintained and relaxing. I didn't realize it was a B & B without the last B. The rooms were bit small and no in room extras such as coffee or microwaves, which you would expect in a hotel. The biggest drawback we had was no cell service. The area must be in a low lying area, which might be a good thing for those trying to get away!

I would have liked to see the building options on the website. We didn't know we would be on 2nd floor until we checked in. Also, would like to know the layout of the buildings so we can see where 2 bedrooms are located. Also it said we had a sofa sleeper, which we didn't. Otherwise, it was perfect. We stayed here 1990-1995 and loved it. That's why we came back.

The grounds were beautiful, wooded and very close to the lake. The room was beautiful, comfortable; so much so that it made it difficult to leave.

The place was nice but the mix up and horrible attempt at trying to make things right made this trip memorable for the wrong reasons. If you are not booking directly through this place they can’t seem to guarantee the room you reserved will have the number or type of beds in the room. No apology was made until I left a review and then only a chess try was offered and delivered in our without permission. The next day another room was offered but damage was done. We didn’t sleep well and on principal I can’t recommend even though it was a super cute spot. If only the problem solving would have been handled in the best interest of the customer.

Great two night stay in Door County. This is a great location and property. Rooms are very comfortable and well equipped with all that you may need. Will definitely use Eagle Harbor Inn again in the future.

We love picturesque Ephraim and this property is in the middle, near the lake. I wish there was lake access and chairs across from the property, but is a short walk to the lake front. It is a mini condo and well appointed! We will stay here again.
