This was a great experience Shane was friendly and always ready to provide recommendations on where to eat Venue was great and clean Only negative traffic at 2am was a little annoying but not enough to spoil the visit Satisfied customer !

Thanks for a great experience during our stay. We had a spacious family room including a queen bed, a single bed and double bunk. The kitchenette had equipment beyond the norm. There was plenty of natural light from full length windows near the balcony. We easily walked to cafes and supermarket.

Great location, easy parking and clean. Toilet come with heater on ceiling warming up the shower👍

This inn is very nice, although it si nezt to the road, there is no road noise during sleeping. The room is tidy and practical.

Owner was so accommodating when I requested for a ground floor room last minute due to a mishap that led to limited mobility. Convenient location.

Everything you could need and a bit more. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Really pleased with the little bonuses like fluffy towels, great water pressure and quality of brekky (fresh baked bread and real butter). Where other places have cut corners, this motel has maintained a great quality. Would be more than happy to stay here again next time we’re in Ballarat and have already recommended to others.

Beautifully refurbished, super comfortable, spotlessly clean, quiet room well located to dining and shopping options. Easy check in/check out - staff were friendly, helpful and suggested a great dining out option. My boys loved the heated indoor pool. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Stay, Shane was an excellent host. Sent us to places with excellent food and service. Was great chatting to him, would recommend as a great place to stop off. Will be booking again for our next trip.

It was ok, definitely NOT 4.5 stars!! Very strange vibe at reception. Made to feel intrusive, just by being there. So strange.

Stayed 4 nights whilst we toured the area and caught up with friends. Staff and service great (friendly & happy) Close to hotels, eateries and the centre of town. Will be staying at Central City again when we next visit

Shane the manager / reception / all rounder was a great host.. The room was clean and tidy and newly refurbished with comfortable beds..They will definitely see more of us in future visits to Ballarrat.
