巴庫裏阿尼旅館(Bakuriani Inn Apartment 101)

Very bad service Very bad food with no variety Very loud music all the time You can feel everyone is just interested in getting your money and nobody from the service is interested in making it a trip you want to remember. Bakuriani is nice and we found a nice restaurant but the hotel was way too expensive for what it presented

Starting from the arrival at the hotel until the end there was techno and hipp hopp music from early at the moring until the evening in all areas of the hotel (lobby, restaurants, pool) The staff was very unfriendly and definitely not interested in the well being of the guests. The breakfast consistet of funny stuff and also always has left overs from the dinner the day before. We had issues with the TV set in the room and it needed strong arguments to fix it and not leave it undone for some days. The bath room was dirty with hairs in the shower and the room was very common. The whole stay was EUR 1249,- which was extreme for what we could enjoy. Yes, it was already off season but still one would expect some sort of standard. When checking out nobody was intersted in asking if we liked it or not. Funny story... we ordered two whyski sour and two chocolate bars... the waiter brought them to the room... gave me the two glasse and took the chocolte bars out of his pockets of his trousers :-) .... but he definitely asked for a tip :-) I guess any othe hotel in Bakuriani will give a better service....

Я, как и многие, повёлся на 5 звезд и ожидал соответствующего обслуживания и услуг. Мы очень разочарованы этим отелем. Номера уставшие. Нам дали на 3 взрослых и одного ребёнка одну кровать и одну раскладушку. На все доводы отвечают тупым нет. Завтрак с 9.00. Попросили с собой что-то положить, т.к. выезжаем в 8, но нам отказали. На все просьбы ответили отказом. Совсем не ценят клиентов. Это мой последний раз в этой гостинице. Это точно не рекомендасьон

Nous sommes arrives a l'hotel et comme d'habitude nous voulions preserver nos passeports et cartes de credit dans le coffre fort de la chambre. Le coffre etait en panne et malgre leurs promesses pendant 4 jours et jusqu'a notre depart pas de coffre malgre nos demandes repetees. Il s'avere qu'il en est ainsi dans la plupart des chambres. Nous voulions aussi un reveil par telephone tous les matins mais cela n'a pas ete fait. Nous avons demande une carte cle supplementaire (nous sommes un couple et n'avons recu qu'une carte cle) et 3 fois leur reponse a ete qu'ils n'ont pas de carte. Si vous avez 1 autre possibilite - choisissez un autre hotel ! Bonnes vacances

Персонал вообще не клиентоориентированный, никак не идут на встречу, уступки. Завтраки на 3 звезды, номера маленькие. Нам вообще не понравилось!!!! Уборки вообще нет. Очень пожалели что выбрали этот отель. Неоправданные, необоснованные цены!

Firstly the hotel staff especially the receptionist is very rude. We were a group of 50 people. The lift didn’t work we had luggage’s and rooms were in 5th floor. DO NOT RECOMMEND. The food was also average they claim to be 5 star but it’s a joke.

It’s a good hotel, with clean and spacious rooms, good room service and restaurant, good location, almost all of the rooms have good view The breakfast is with acceptable variety and in a very good quality. The main issue with this hotel is the rude and unhelpful staff. Bottom line- this is NOT a 5 star hotel. Not even a 4 stars one. Yes it has some nice facilities but the level of the food, the quality of the rooms, amenities and service are on. 3 stars level- maximum. As other wrote- staff is disinterested at best. Rooms are relatively spacious but with very poor amenities. Fixtures etc. are on a very low level and lots of them are falling apart. There is some smell coming from the shower probably due to poor sewerage system. Not unbearable though. But the absolute worst thing is masses of children running around the corridors and banging until way after midnight. There is no way to explain why other than some traditional thing - but the management could not care and did nothing. We couldn’t get a moment sleep before half past midnight. They do have a nice Spa though.
