Το ξενοδοχείο είναι εξαιρετικό. Πουλτελέστατο, πεντακάθαρο, τέλεια ευρύχωρα δωμάτια και πόλυ εξυπηρετικό και ευγενικό προσωπικό! Τα δωμάτια εχουν υπέροχη θέα. Το πρωινό είναι πολύ πλούσιο και για όλα τα γούστα. Τα εστιατόρια του ξενοδοχείου έχουν εξαιρετικό φαγητό .Είναι το καλύτερο ξενοδοχείο που έχω επισκεφτεί!
In general the hotel is good in terms of Location, cost, room size. However , the reception/check in area is extremely narrow/ small, like a kiosk.. So if someone is checking in, you have to wait standing on your feet till they finish... really poor. in the service level, I'm wondering how it's a 5 stars hotel!! For example, at the restaurant (Italia). You have to ask for everything by your self, ask for salt and pepper, suger. Ashtray. Yes I know I'm going early (7:30 am ) to get the breakfast and sitting outdoor since I'm a smoker. But , it opens at 7:00 am. So as 5 stars hotel everything has to be ready even before 7:00 ( tables set-up I mean). On the other hand some of the room equipment need to be changed (if you are a 5 stars hotel) such as the ironing board and the ironing machine as well. The ironing board was old and dirty , it gave stains to my white shirt while ironing it. Good it was a washing and drying machine there. Later I had to use a towel on top of it to protect my cloth. Last but not the least the noise coming from. Street (I was on first floor buldg 4) is really annoying.

We recently had an extremely disappointing experience at the entrance reception. We’re there to dine at the lounge inside the hotel, but the staff at the entrance refused to let us in. The individual at the entrance was not only unhelpful but also incredibly arrogant in their manner. When I requested to speak with a manager to clarify the situation, the reception staff outright refused to involve the manager through a call. Throughout the entire encounter, there was no apology or attempt to address the issue in a courteous manner. Such unprofessional behavior is unacceptable for a lounge that prides itself on hospitality. I expected a higher standard of service and am deeply disappointed by the lack of respect and professionalism shown. This experience has certainly tarnished my perception of hotel, and I will not be returning or recommending it to others.
The Kaya hotel is centrally located near the blue mosque. We got a warm welcome and an upgrade to a suite with cityview - the strongest point of this hotel is definitely tne friendliness of its staff, from the valet & reception desk team, the food & beverage manager to the facility team with Mohamed unes & Ibrahim, the all go the extra mile for their guests - an adress to stay when in Amman - one tip: if you get offered a welcome coffee you have to twist your cup or they will keep refilling
I stayed at this hotel for a total of 4 nights whilst visiting Jordan. The hotel itself is clean, beds are comfortable, AC works well and the shower hot which is what I look for when booking hotels. Check in was smooth and efficient (despite arriving at 0200) with a map of the local area provided and helpful, friendly service available 24/7. All staff encountered spoke a good level of English (as unfortunately I don't speak Arabic). Included breakfast was plentiful - on speaking to reception to say I would be leaving before breakfast time on a booked excursion we were offered a breakfast box to take with us. Hotel is really conveniently situated (opposite the Roman Theatre) which makes for some good photos if you get a room on that side of the building - this also makes it very easy for navigating and getting taxis back to the hotel. The hotel has many options for tours which can be booked by the staff on your behalf. One tour which I would recommend is the free (tip based) walking tour around the local markets. Ibrahim was knowledgeable and friendly and showed me all sorts of places in both the local old and new market which I would not have found alone including the most delicious fresh arabic bread and falafel which he describes as the best in Jordan - I'm not going to argue with him. Overall I was more than satisfied with my experience here and would recommend this hotel to others visiting Amman.
訪訪客I came to this hotel as part of a group trip. The staff are very friendly, especially the kitchen staff. WiFi is available in the reception area but this is different to the WiFi in your room which was very good. The TV is a smart TV with YouTube etc. I shared a twin room which was internal so the window is to the hall way. The room was clean with a little area to hang clothes. The bathroom has a huge shower, but remember water is an issue for Jordan. The best bit about the hotel is breakfast. There is a cold selection of fruit and cake served to your table and then the pre-ordered cooked breakfast. And off the breakfast area is a roof terrace with a view of the Roman Theatre
訪訪客I booked in the hotel for 3 days and extended my stay for another 3 days, I felt like being at home, the staff was fully prepared to meet all your requests, the breakfast was wonderful and varied every day, the pool was nice for swimming and there are evening sessions by the pool, and there The car park is closed at night for security, I also got a free upgrade to the suite , I have booked the hotel for my next stay, thank you Almond Hotel and thank for your team
IInaamService is tops. They will go out of their way to make sure that you are safe and looked after. I will definitely stay here again. Good value and the location is convenient
訪訪客Disaster from the hotel. Upon arrival, it all began. When checking into the hotel, we received sarcastic comments about how we managed to get a room at such a low price. When we said that we used the code, they rolled their eyes. We changed rooms three times in the first hour. With the promise that the next one will be better. However, they could not provide us with the room that was shown in the pictures. It was said that only the 5th floor was renovated, but despite that, only the bathroom was renovated. When we compare the pictures with those on Booking, it is clear that instead of wooden floors, they have old, worn-out tiles, there is no TV, and curtains from the last century. We also wrote to the hotel about the parking space before the time of arrival. Through confrontations, they assured us that this would not be a problem. In the end, we were left without a parking space and had to park some 100m further on the road. In the morning, our car was scratched! Worst of all was the bedding. Dirty! Also traces of blood on the bedding. Finally, at breakfast, they asked us not to write a bad comment despite all this. Already during our stay, we contacted Booking in the hope of a refund, but the hotel refused us.
