Bardzo rozczarowujący hotel. Po pierwsze nie zasługuje na miano 4*. Dałabym najwyżej 2*. Zaczynając od okropnego przyjęcia w hotelu. Recepcja wygląda jak jeden ołtarzyk z Matką Boską na czele i zdjęciami całej rodziny recepcjonistki. Pani na recepcji, ani Dzień Dobry ani pocałuj mnie w ****. ogromny harmider, panie sprzątające przekrzykujące się nawzajem. Pani na recepcji musiała dokończyć rozmowę zanim nas obsłużyła. Nie wytłumaczyła Nam gdzie znajduję się pokój lub restauracja. O wszystko musiałam pytać, a Pani z wielką łaską i niezadowoleniem mi odpowiadała. A gdy poprosiłam o ręczniki plażowe, dostałam je mokre. POKÓJ Pokój jest spory ale oświetlenie okropne. Łazienka umyta tylko powierzchniowo. Grzyb na ścianach i fugach. Spod telewizora wystające kable. Dostaliśmy tylko prześcieradło, jeśli chcesz grubszą kołdrę musisz wyjąc sobie ją ze śmierdzącej szafy wraz obrzydliwymi zakurzonymi kocami. Łożko bardzo małe i miękkie. Brak czajnika i wody w lodówce. BASEN Dwa male baseny, leżaki zajęte ręcznikami już o 5 rano... Mała ilość leżaków, nieproporcjonalna do ilości gości. Wszędzie wrzeszczące dzieci a pokoje są dosłownie tuż przy basenie. JEDZENIE Nie zamawiajcie pełnego wyżywienia! Jedzenie jest okropne!!! Do tego musisz płacić dodatkowo za napoje (nawet za wode!) Skorzystaliśmy tylko raz ze śniadania i obiadu- nie wróciliśmy. Jedzenie było nie dobre i bardzo ograniczone. PLAŻA I tutaj wisienka na torcie tego cyrku. Co prawda plaza należy to hotelu, ale musisz zapłacić 30euro. Leżaki dosłownie obok siebie, ani razu nie skorzystaliśmy. W zamian za to poszliśmy kawałeczek dalej to Boboo beach - przepiękne miejsce w stylu Boho z super obsługą (koszt 20 euro za dwa leżaki + 2 napoje gratis) Cena kompletnie nie adekwatna do jakości i obsługi. Brak siłowni w okolicy. NIE POLECAM- NIE WRÓCIMY I ODRADZAMY KAŻDEMU

Είχαμε την χαρά να επισκεφθούμε το Νostos σε μια γρήγορη απόδραση από την πόλη. Το προσωπικό στο μπάρ της παραλίας ήταν ευγενικό και πολύ εξυπηρετικό. Ευχαριστούμε ιδιαίτερα τον Χρήστο, την Διώνη και τον Αρτέμη που μας έκαναν να αισθανθούμε άνετα από την πρώτη στιγμή. Αξίζει να δοκιμάσετε τα burgers.

Der Stil des Hotels (Boho-mäßig) ist grundsätzlich ganz toll, jedoch merkt man wenn man genau hinsieht, dass das Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Es gibt 2 Pools mit Liegen- ich denke jedoch dass wenn das Hotel ausgebucht ist es mit den Liegen knapp werden könnte. Was uns fehlte war eine Pool Bar bzw. die Möglichkeit Getränke zum Pool zu bestellen. Für eine Woche wird es in diesem Hotel etwas langweilig werden, da es sehr wenig Abwechslung in der Nähe des Hotels gibt. Die Bar die zum Hotel gehört ist ganz nett und auch in diesem Boho Stil gehalten. Der größte Minuspunkt ist wohl der Strand. Reisten mit Kleinkind und es war eigentlich nicht möglich mit ihr zum Strand zu gehen da dieser sehr schmal war und die riesigen Wellen teilweise den ganzen Strand überspülten; das war uns mit unserer Tochter dann zu riskant. Generell wirkt der Strand überhaupt nicht gepflegt und ansprechend. Man kann auch nicht wirklich ausweichen da auch daneben keine besseren Möglichkeiten zum Baden bestanden. Auch die Möglichkeiten am Abend nette Lokale zu besuchen war aus unserer Sicht in näherer Umgebung nicht möglich. Auch der Ort Balion ist sehr verschlafen und aus unserer Sicht nichts für Familien. Die einzige Attraktion für unsere Tochter war der Bummelzug der gleich ober den Hotel in die Ortschaft gefahren ist.

Lage: Nur durch die kleine Promenade vom Strand getrennt. Entlang der Promenade sind einige Restaurants, so auch eines welches zum Hotel gehört. Kein Hotelparkplatz, da aber wegen COVID wenig los war, parkten wir in einer Seitenstraße. Zimmer: Die Zimmereinrichtung überrasche uns (im positiven) sehr. Nicht mehr die alten IKEA Möbel, wie auf den Tripadvisor Bildern. Das Zimmer war komplett neu eingerichtet und dies vollumfänglich geschmackvoll mit kleinem Sofa und schöner Deko. Kleiner Fernseher und auch ein Kühlschrank ist vorhanden. Auch das Bad war scheinbar auch neu renoviert. Frühstück: Im COVID Zeitalter mussten wir 2 Handschuhe anziehen und konnten uns dann am Buffet bedienen. Die Auswahl war nicht überragend, aber ok. Anfang Juni 2021 waren noch nicht viele Gäste da… Ich hätte mir eine etwas bessere Wurst (nicht so schmierig) gewünscht und ggf. Salami. Dafür saßen wir draußen, überdacht im Schatten über der Bar und hatten einen hervorragenden Blick auf das Meer – mehr geht nicht. Sonstiges: Das Hotel ist klein und fein – keine Bettenburg. Dafür aber irgendwie verschachtelt. Der Pool ist nicht riesig, aber bezogen auf die maximale Anzahl der Gäste vollkommen ausreichend (das Meer ist eh nur 30 Meter entfernt). Geschmackvolles Mobiliar auch hier und sogar Day-Beds vorhanden. Fazit: Das Hotel war nicht teuer, wir erhielten vollumfänglich, wofür wir bezahlt hatten. Das Hotel ist kein Luxus-Hotel. Dafür hatten wir auch nicht bezahlt. Ein absolut solider, guter 3 bis 4 Sterne Standard. Wegen der schönen Lage würden wir das Hotel wiederwählen.

This is not a resort, however the pools are beautiful. The beach is terrible, and too crowded with chairs. No space to sit on sand, so you have to rent a chair squeezed in amongst the hoards. Go to Panormos Beach; nicer sand, space to sit on sand, and not so crowded. No hot water. Be sure to test your shower when you arrive. If there's some secret to it, take care of it before you're naked! No shower door, so bathroom floor got extremely wet. Was only given 1 towel for 2 people, so check your towels before you go to bed. Receptionist was the only employee, so if you need towels, be ready to go get them. We couldn't get the air conditioning to a comfortable temperature the 2nd night and couldn't sleep. Check it before you go to bed. Nice view from balcony over the pool; could see a tiny bit of Mediterranean. Room was super cute and decorated nicely with living area and couch, but not enough light in room. Could only put makeup on in bathroom. Has a fridge & cupboards. Breakfast wasn't up to American standards. Scrambled eggs were ok, but looked a little weird. Bacon was extremely undercooked. Sausage was kielbasa type, not breakfast sausage. Omelets looked weird, were very thin and rolled up like crepes. Toaster didn't toast both side of bread. Bread was thick and good. Pastries were good. Pancakes were too thin. Nice salad, meat, and cheese. Nice fruit station. Terrific seating outside on deck with view of sea. Dinner at restaurant was delicious (Ribs & Fries) & not too expensive (got 20% off for being ******* gold member) All staff was friendly.

Be carefull when booking a standard room. You might end up in the room with terrace into the coridor next to the elevator. Even thought your travel agent offered view to the swimming pool. Receptionist was very unhelpful and arrogant. Hotel is nice and staff at the restaurant was great. But the problem with the room, which nobody resolved, ruined our holiday. Travelling alone with two kids, having view to the pool, so I can check the kidst regularly was a must. Never again with BLUE STYLE travel agency!!!

Our experience was simply amazing! The hotel has the most beautiful rooms with stunning design. The staff was super friendly and chatty every day. We were leaving for the airport early in the morning, so they prepared a breakfast box for three of us. There are two swimming pools and the hotel is located right on the beach. My whole family said that it was the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed in. All the rooms are air-conditioned by the way.
