Avoid this accommodation at all costs! It was the most disappointing experience I've had in Bali. I found it on Airbnb and negotiated a price without fees, which the owner agreed to. However, upon arrival, I discovered the owner wouldn't be there and the manager, Dina, who spoke no English, was supposed to assist me using Google Translate. The room was spacious but poorly maintained with old furniture, a non-functional TV, weak Wi-Fi, and no windows. When I asked for help, Dina's attitude was unhelpful, and I had to fix the TV myself. The restroom was also dirty, and Dina cleaned it begrudgingly. Wi-Fi issues persisted, and it took hours for Dina to respond. I eventually moved to a similar room with better Wi-Fi, but again, no assistance was offered. Dina's constant presence with her loud children and family made me feel unwelcome, and her negligence with laundry resulted in damaged clothes. She also canceled room cleanings without notice and was generally unresponsive. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I strongly advise against staying here.
