Anindya Homestay 是一個非常被忽視和管理不善的設施。空調下的房間裡有黴菌，咖啡角完全結皮並且骯髒，裡面混有石灰和污垢的混合物，水壺上有一層厚厚的石灰，已經腐爛了。浴室裡的類似圖片：棕色發霉的淋浴噴頭，淋浴接縫處有黑色黴菌和其他沉積物，水槽和馬桶上也有相同的圖片。提供的沐浴露和洗髮精正在泵瓶中發酵，並且已經形成泡沫。 房間裡沒有足夠的插座，冰箱上的密封條黑得噁心。毛巾很髒，沒有洗乾淨。他們給了我一條毛巾，上面有濃濃的棕色污跡，要嘛是血跡，要嘛是糞便痕跡。我下樓去換衣服，但沒有其他毛巾可用，年輕人甚至聽不懂或不會說英語。那傢伙只是把有問題的毛巾放回隔間裡，供下一位客人使用。順便說一句，只有你早上明確讓男孩們知道，房間才會被「打掃」！ 三天後我們搬到了藝術酒店，這是有史以​​來最好的決定！ 順便說一下，泳池很小，泳池周圍的一切都很狹窄。當我們到達時，裡面已經充滿了化學物質，幾天來所有的客人都像躲避瘟疫一樣避開它。

Во время нашего путешествия по Индонезии мы останавливались в разных отелях и гостевых домах, в том числе и пятизвездочных. Но именно тут мы себя почувствовали как дома. Оооочень, оооочень чисто! В комнате есть все необходимое, уютный балкон, холодильник, раковина, посуда, удобная кровать. Чистый санузел, горячая вода работает без перебоев, положили даже зубные наборы. В коридоре кофейная станция с хорошим кофе. Отличный бассейн, зеленая территория. Приветливые администраторы, помогли нам разрулить ситуацию, когда нас обманули недобросовестные обменщики валюты. Есть услуги прачечной, стоит недорого и стирают отлично. До пляжа идти минут 10, в целом, расположение очень удачное. С удовольствием вернулась бы в этот гостевой дом. Единственное, небольшое пожелание, было бы здорово, если бы в номере был фен)

I have stayed three nights in this very clean and neat eight rooms homestay,it is more like a small hotel as the rooms are very clean and bright. If you stay at second floor you will have a private balcony to enjoy reading or just enjoying sitting to enjoy a cup of coffee. The reception is smallish and have a sofa. There are two wooden chairs outside reception area. A small swimming pool and a neat garden surrounding the pools with four pool chairs. Every room has kitchenette and a small fridge. Two extreme small drinking water only in the first day, no complimentary tea or coffee but just a kettle. Free refill drinking water at reception. The bed is really comfortable and have a really nice sleep. The room are big but the bathroom is quite small and the toilet gets wet after you have the shower. At second floor there is a dinning table for everyone usage. As this homestay is located in a small lane, then no noise pollution except dogs barking. Minimart is just a few steps from hotel, if you are looking for big supermarket, it is just 3 minutes walk. A big choice of restaurants are just less than 5 minutes walk. The beach is about 10 minutes walk. Highly recommended for long stay. They also have breakfast and it is delicious especially if you like Indonesia food. Will be back soon .

Located in the quite street, best accomodation to anyone who would like to have escape weekend. Our revisit never be unsatisfied stay. The owner always welcome us with warm hospitality, nice jamu for wecome drink. They always have surprising menu or snacks to offer for our every stay- he made it by himself. It feels like home but we still have our full privacy during the stay. The room is huge and clean, lovely minimalis modern interior design, coffee kit always prepared with water heater that we can use anytime we need. We can use the balcony infornt of receptionist as on spot small talk at afternoon post office hour, with coffee or tea. They promoted green sustainable accomodation with “no single plastic use” which is very important to anyone who want to “left footprint” only and pay intention on sustainable tourism practice. They also have beautiful small green garden with recycle coffee cup. The balcony is available on every room. The swimming pool is clean.

This was an awful mistake. The room was tiny, even though the description on the booking page gave it 40 sq metres it was more like less than 20m. The bathroom was massively disappointing with hardly any room to brush your teeth let alone have a shower and by doing so you got the whole 1.5 sq metre of bathroom wet including the toilet seat your partners bath towel and the toilet paper all at once and giving zero privacy since it had a frosted glass door and a frosted glass window on the side of the bed (seriously can't see the need or usefulness of this window. We had to ask for towels to be replaced and not always successfully. It is also situated in a very busy alleyway intersection and each morning we got woken up by the barking of stray dogs and the countless scooters speeding by blowing their piercing horns as they passed the intersection. All in all a very disappointing choice, but the air con worked so that was a respite, BUT never again.

Bloody awful. Do not believe the photos, all done with wide angle lens to make bigger and lighting to make more attractive. The toilet is less than an arm's length from the shower which guarantees to wet the entire toilet, toilet paper, bath towels and floor. The 'white' bath towels are grey with stains, those I use for my dogs are 200% better than these, and not changed daily at all even though they get soaking wet from the shower. Hot water is enough for just for one person and then it starts getting cold for the 2nd person. The 'receptionist' speaks no English and has to dial a friend to ask, then a friend of a friend....... Room safe is not lap-top size and not anchored down - so a pointless item as one can easily just lift the entire safe and go. Good things? 1) bed is comfy, 2) air con works well, 3) clean.

Super helpful staff, organised, clean, convenient, good price.
