普拉馬納扎希爾金塔馬尼酒店(Pramana Zahill Kintamani)

We are going to sunrise trip the next day 5am, good choice so next day we not need wake up super early. But never expect so cold there during night time. Thank you Sri who served us fetch us out to buy cake. And even give us a surprise diy cake as they aware my husband would like celebrate for me while shop there all close by 8pm.thank you so much for prepare us breakfast box at 4am too.

Nice hotel and have hot spring. Staff are nice and good service..

Beautiful and spacious rooms, nice bathrooms that comes with a bath too! It was a really luxurious stay, would be great if they provided a hairdryer and a separate bar of hand soap. Oh and thicker blankets (or have an additional one available in the room) as it was cold when we were there.

Staff service standards are fantastic - the one big plus of this establishment. Another positive is free transport from hotel to as far as Starbucks. Otherwise, there is ongoing renovations and the noise is disruptive to sleep, which can be detrimental to someone who woke up at 2am for the Mt.Batur ascend and in desperate need of sleep after arrival back at the hotel in the morning. I find the greatest discomfort came from the perpetually wet toilet floor. This is because the slope of the toilet floor has not been done well, and water from showering flows towards the door instead of just towards the drain hole.

It’s hard to rate this hotel as there were some absolutely lovely things about it: - the location is gorgeous - the pool is so relaxing and heated for a night time swim - the staff were quick to fix WiFi issues - the free shuttle and being able to WhatsApp for pick up was fantastic However I think the following things really knock it down: - we were first put into room 108 and there was a gap between the door and the wall when shut. This was already mentioned on trip advisor by another guest so it really should be fixed! - the sound proofing is awful. We stayed 3 nights and I was woken up/kept awake on all 3 nights as the pool is open late and loud dogs are barking on the lane behind. - one night they had singers performing until 10pm, so loud that every room would’ve felt like the performance was in their room. - breakfast is limited and pretty rubbish to be honest.

We stayed a night in Pramana Zahill Kimtamani on 3rd-4th January 2022. We've enjoy our staycation there. This new property located in central Kintamani near many resto and main road. They have a heated pool so comfort even in night. The room looks minimalist with a bathtub. The service also amazing. Fortunately we met the owner while we enjoy the pool so we have much talk about this beautiful hotel. Definetely we will back to Pramana Zahill soon. Thank you.

This is first time I stayed at Pramana Zahill Kintamani with my all family. It was exactly the same with my expectations based on the reviews and pictures on the apps. The room is new clean, big size & comfortable, the amazing swimming pool with hot water was very cleaned and quite big as well. Great dinner with live music and a very memorable night mountain atmosphere, also the breakfast is perfect lots of choice and very tasty. The staff are really friendly and helpful us a lot. Their service is very excellent and so polite with the guests. will come back to when I visited Kinatamani next time and really recommended this Hotel. Best place for family or couple to stay.

We stayed for 1 night with 2 rooms (was complimentary from travel where my sister worked in ) we checked in around 15.30ish and the room is not ready so we wait in the restaurant that lots of flies inside. and then after 15 - 20 minutes the room is ready and the kids wants to swim but when we asked for pool towels, the staff said it still on laundry (the pool is not even full), and we ordered hot cappucinno and its not even hot. We ordered french fries but is not available and it staff telling us after we wait like 10 minutes. on Breakfast, Komang (the restaurant staff) explain to us that we got 4 free breakfast and the rest we pay additional and thats also already told by the front office lady upon check in, so we get it. When Komang taking our order she never smile and never bring the chilli sauce i was asked for my omellete until we finish breakfast and i dont eat my omellete because of that. The Nasi Goreng is also came without sambal which i saw they gave sambal on the other guest nasi goreng, so there is no standard on the menu. In other things we also ordered Porridge for 2,5years old baby an dit cames with chilli aside ?? the porridge also was so wattery so the baby wont eat it. after finish breakfast we prepare to check out and start moving the bags to our car, and the vallet staff stop us and ask from which room we are, I answered from 207 and 208, and he said, please wait we gonna check the room, i said, my sister still there. And he is going to the reception and back to me saying, you still have bill to pay, i said yes we havent check out yet, and we aware of that. My brother who's moving the car so we can put the bags in the backseat was told by the other female staff and ask if we can pay the bills now, he said yes we will pay those upon check out, it was so annoying and not making any sense, where we are from the travel agent that help you guys by selling your rooms plus we spend our money there also to try your food an pay for your service but didnt feel any hospitality from your staff. we do take a picture around your hotels with the beautiful views to show to our customers but with this kind of service its ashamed to recommend the hotels with our vallued customers. Please brief your staff to understand hospitality no matter who the guest is, complimentary doesnt always means free, its a partnership barters and part of marketings promotion. I am sure they can treat us way better in the future.

Very bad smell in the bathroom and a lot of humidity in the bedroom, which did not give the feeling of a cleaned room. The overall aspect of the hotel was not clean and our daughter caught an infection in the swimming pool. I would not recommend it.
