巴利納海灘度假村酒店(Ballina Beach Resort)

Hotel was great. Kids loved, loved the pool and spa. Hotel even supplied fun floaties for pool use. Rooms were clean and functional. Family rooms only came with microwave, no stove top, so cooking was limited for a week's stay. Location is good but you do need a car. It's not close to the town centre but it is close to a beach, cafes an awesome new kid park (Pop Denison Park) and pub (Shaws Bay pub), which has regular live music and outdoor area with great water views. Staff were really helpful and friendly. I would stay again.

This is my 4th stay at Ballina Beach Resort, so I obviously like it !! I find it very comfortable, quite spacious really, and I love being able to walk over to Lighthouse Beach or going fir long walks along beach and breakwater to Shaws Bay and into Ballina if the weather is not great for the beach. The daybeds by the pool are a great spot to read a book. Staff very friendly and accommodating, loved and appreciated the upgrade they offered me as a repeat customer. As a solo traveller the room further away from pool was appreciated as pool can get a bit noisy sometimes with lots of kids. I would happily recommend, not 5 star but very nice 4star. Shame the restaurant/ coffee shop not open again.

I found a cockroach in my bedroom, nothing to kill it with, so i just zipped up my bags and tried to sleep. Informed the counter staff next morning, he said it was not unexpected, and gave me a can of insecticide on request. Pest control should be improved, this is not acceptable.

A very clean, comfy and quiet place to stay. The showers are great too! We would definitely recommend! We’ve stayed there quite a few times now, and the staff are always happy to assist with my special requests! It’s walking distance to the beach as well.😊

We had a pleasant one night stay. The WiFi worked well. Room was clean and nice to have a balcony. Bed was comfortable and this is not a criticism as many accommodations have pillows that are too large and not soft enough for our tastes. Check-in was efficient. Local pub was good for dinner.

The room was great. Great place to stay loved Ballina. The staff were good room clean and the location ok. Disappointed there was no view of the water due to overgrown trees. Located near shops and the beach. Easy access to Fraser Island. Overall stay was good

Great Location!!! A bit overpriced for the room as it’s just a basic hotel room. The resort needs some TLC as it’s a bit run down and WIFI kept dropping out. But I had a fabulous birthday weekend away with hubby. Would recommend to family/ friends. To the owners I would recommend putting some love into the resort as it’s a beautiful location 💕💕

Very happy with out stay in a King Spa suite! Was in Ballina for surgery and the after stay recovering at the resort was amazing! The bed was so luxurious and soft, the room beautifully set out and designed for a most relaxing and very comfortable recovery 🙌🏼

Spacious room with relaxing style - a rainforest view and small outdoor private seating (Raffles - Singapore feel). Very quiet and great swimming pool and spa. Friendly staff. Great location - excellent Italian restaurant nearby overlooking the beach (Capiche - should book)
