Not all information is listed on website, hair over the bedding, stained carpet, first room shower so small I couldn't shut the door then moved to accessible room, would say its not worth the money, as notbreally a hotel more a backpackers, no tea or coffee in the room, have to go to a certain floor where a kettle, tras and coffees are. And they don't advertise accessible rooms.

Nice hotel with decent amenities. Street noise can be a bit much but it was a Friday night so that was part of it. Staff was courteous and helpful. Overall I would recommend a stay here.

Very good location. Small but have everything you need. I stay one day and it’s fine for me.

It is a small room

There was nothing in the room,only a bed, nowhere for clothes, no bottled water, no kettle and tea, coffee, milk and sugar, I booked for 2 nights for 2 people and there was only shower gel and shampoo for 1 person for 1 day, on our first morning I asked for for a tea and coffee and we got them in take away cups and they wouldn't accept cash,card only, this is a hotel that comes across online as a great place but its a glorified hostel so stay a million miles away

Very handy central location for a rugby match. That’s probably why the prices were high! Expensive for the room. Very tight squeeze but it says that in the description! Very noisy walls are plasterboard so sounded like the people next door were in the room! All in all did the job!

Place was small as expected, but it was definitely tiny for the price. Bathroom fan didnt work which wasnt great for a room that is strictly bathroom, tiny entryway, and bed. With the tiny size there was nowhere to sit, and only space for 1 person to sit on the edge of the bed. Window handle was semi broken so the window didnt seal properly, which made the loud area worse. Toilet paper dispenser and towel rack were either broken or missing. The room was clean, staff was friendly, loud at night but thats to be expected for the neighborhood. Redeeming quality is that it was clean and in a great area within walking distance to everything. Probably wouldnt recommend for more than 1 or 2 nights for a couple as the room is not big enough to open a suitcase and there's nowhere to sit. Fine for someone on a tight budget or a single person.

No staff attendee while checking out at 6 am while I was waiting for 15 minutes for night porter to finish his patrol duty but nobody came so I left my key next to the door. There should be checkout box for early leavers. Shower drains too slow so you can’t have a shower in the room 211 for long, I haven’t been able to open blinds as the string has been stuck, also you should get Netflix and adjust TVs so you don’t break your head while watching it.
