鴨灣酒店(Duck Bay Hotel)

Do not book this hotel！ This hotel will credit card fraud directly from your card (trip platform revealed to them card secret) and transfer the money to the hotel account！ I went straight to the front desk with my bank statement that day, and the hotel refused to admit it. trip refused to take responsibility, the money is brushed by the hotel is not in their hands. I am still contacting the bank to recover the money. I promise I did everything on my trip and never gave the hotel any authorization, but the credit card fraud just showed up

Wonderful setting, absolutely phenomenal food and great choices of alcoholic drinks. Will definitely be back to this establishment. Sitting on the Loch yesterday with a beer and wine looking at what a beautiful spot it really is.

great experience living here, with fantastic location and restaurant. have to say the dinner in the hotel restaurant and the sightseeing leaves me and my friend deep impression.

Took my partner for a over night stay for her birthday, place was lovely and peaceful. The restraunt was lovely food was decent. One issue was I upgraded and paid more to have a loch view suite. We arrived and the suite was not a Loch view, the front desk confirmed that only 1 of the suites has a Loch view and it is being looked into being changed on their website.

Cramped and crowded. Rooms are so small there was no space for suitcases. No closet either. Kept being awakened because fire doors slam shut & guests above came home drunk at midnight. Restaurant is so noisy and crowded and served my gluten free meal wrong twice! Kirsty at front desk was so friendly and helpful. Property is lovely.

Check in efficient and businesss like but not friendly. Not a chance of getting your room a min before 3 and when we tried again at 4 we’re asked if we could wait again. Not great. Double room is a small bed however decor is nice. Restaurant has a lovely setting. Between ordering a food on table was less than 5 mins - not a nice leisurely meal overlooking the loch more a speed dining experience Would I go back - no. Location is great but a relaxing break it was not. There are plenty of accommodation choices along the loch and I’ll choose one of these nctctime.

Views were fantastic and what you are paying for. Deluxe room was comfortable but few issues with bathroom but overall good hotel choice if staying for only 1 or 2 nights

The location on the lake was nice, also a good state of cleanliness but the bed was probably one of the worst we’ve ever experienced. Nowhere near a double and so unstable it felt like a water bed! Safe to say we didn’t have a good nights sleep, overall disappointing service in the bar/lounge area too. Really a glorified travel lodge, overpriced for what it is and genuinely had better nights at half the price.
