Très bon établissement accueil chaleureux néanmoins les chambres situées au 3e et 4e sont un peu vieilles néanmoins le service d'accueil m'a redirigé sur une chambre au premier étage un vrai bonheur je recommande vivement bravo pour le staff.

Room was ok. Bed not so comfortable but ok for a few hours. Location perfect for travels within Toulouse and around (directly across the train station). Breakfast has a lot of choice but bad coffee

Séjour détente à Toulouse, l'hôtel était bien situé, proche des transports en commun et des petits restaurants sympa. Son bâtiment style victorien m'a plu et sa salle des petits déjeuners était très tendance et confortable. Le seul bémol est la propreté qui n'était pas au rendez-vous dans la chambre : dès mon arrivée, des ongles au sol, des traces de boissons collantes sur le bureau, des tâches sur le rideau. Je sais que ça n'est qu'un hôtel 3 étoiles mais un minimum de respect du client et de la marque Accor serai bien venu. Je recommande vivement votre hôtel malgré tout car j'ai passé un séjour sans autre fausse note et je reviendrai sûrement. Merci d'avance, Cordialement M. Rhouma Frédéric

We stayed for 1 night before transferring to the Pyrenees, and on the return journey stayed for 3 night's to explore Toulouse before flying home. We chose the hotel due to its proximity to the train station. It was an excellent choice. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout both stays. We could not have done without them on the first day due to a problem with the airport but the assistance given was amazing. The restaurant was excellent, we ate here 3 times during our stay and there was a very good breakfast buffet. Our rooms were clean and comfortable and we were very pleased to find air-conditioning due to the soaring temperatures. The walk to the centre of town and the various museums we visited was pleasant and well signposted.

This is a clean, quiet place to sleep, but don't expect more than the bare minimum of towels, pillows, and other amenities. It could not be more convenient to the train station. I can't speak to the breakfast on offer because, for less than the 25€ up-charge, there are many other options in the neighborhood.
