Dear Top Management Savoy Hofman Hotel, This is my first time trying your hotel, you claim as 4 star hotel but feels like staying at a Melati Hotel or guesthouse (non star hotel), why? 1. @front desk/ receptionist 2.00pm I came but they only check my booking but the room was not ready and I was asked to wait without a clear estimate of how long and they would call me back or not, then 30 minutes later many guests arrived and they were able to make a transaction and get a room, I who had arrived first, took the initiative to ask again and finally I was able to check in (imagine if I just waited/passive mode) 2. @Room (deluxe twin) room without a view from the window, cheap price for 29-31 Dec 2023, only for Rp 3 Million, but the room was not clean and the extra bed had not been prepared even though the front officer said it had been prepared, but they apologized there was an error in their internal coordination, no problem. However, the furniture table looks slanted and will fall off! this could be dangerous for my 3 year old child, I reported it and it was finally fixed even though I had to wait until 4 pm. Is there any procedure for check the room first before given to the customer? Are there no safety procedures from the hotel, because it could be dangerous especially for kids. I’m glad only stay for 2night in here and continue our vacation in Masion Pine Hotel “Real” 5 star hotel which i have visited 2 times this year & never disappoints. For Management Savoy Hotel, If you claim as a 4star hotel so there alot work to do to be improve immediately! -A-
