Not worth the amount charged..Rooms are very small n stinky not cleaned properly...Moreover the *** in the reception Lathif is not well mannered towards ladies..Talks inappropriate indirectly....Overall it was the worst stay I had in my life...

This hotel is perfectly located for St John's National Academy of Medicine (the auditorium, where most conferences take place, is just across the main road), and also about one minute's walk from the BDA shopping complex which offers everything from cheap biryani to cheap haircuts. The air conditioning does take a minute or two to get going after one walks into the room and places the key card in the holder, and there is no fan; this combination leads to some transient discomfort on summer days. The wifi works, though very slowly- too slowly for video or even reliable audio calls. The breakfast is standard South Indian, also with the option of boiled eggs if on prefers. It's of good quality. On checkout I could not get a bill for about half an hour because the hotel's card payment system was down, I was led on a wild-goose-chase to a cash machine around the corner which also was down, and as a result I was a bit late for my final day of meetings at St John's. In sum, the location and standard of this hotel are perfect for those who have business at St John's and are on a budget, although the hotel does need to work the bugs out of its technologies (wifi, and payment system).

The hotel is very well maintained and staff are very poite. Warm welcome and smooth check out by Karishma. I recommend this hotel for any purpose.

It was through search and customer review. Rooms are neat. King size room is very compact but good. Breakfast is available only by 7:30, which was not expected. Both days needed to leave early so couldn't get a chance to have breakfast.

It was an amazing stay at la sara. It's worth the money you spend for the stay. Very clean and neat. The location is perfect and easily accessible to shops and restaurants. Also the staff were very friendly and helpful too. Thanks, madam kalai, for the assistance.

Clean rooms, overall a good experience. The toilets are also clean, clean towels, air conditioned rooms.

Everything was good, the hospitality, housekeeping, front office team. One of the highlights is connectivity, everything is nearby.

I took studio room it is for one person only. Room was clean and so do the washroom. Food is bit costly but you can order from outside. Overall good stay. Room service is good.
