I was stayed at the property for 2 night and day one i complained that TV and AC is not working but they don't care about it and not even replied to get it repaired. they do not care about their services and brand name.

"I recently stayed at the XYZ Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. Superb hotel. Food is really good and testy. Room service is very good Good location well connected to railway station. Worth for money. All facilities are good. Front desk people are good Ashwani Sharma is doing a good job at dining hall and really helpful.

The room service is good everything is clean nicely mr shantanu and pranav from housekeeping are very polite and nice the thing I didn’t liked is the service of room dining i asked mr shantanu he said we recently renovated the rooms thats why we are facing some issues on intercom else the stay is good and comfortable

Very nice trea**ent and nice food breakfast options are good . We were served by ashwin sharma who treated us very well and looked for what we need and provided the same and it was our best experience with family. Cleanliness and hygiene was obserced at the restaurant

Stayed here for 5days. The rooms are clean and spacious. Fittings are a bit old but tidy. Best part of the stay here was their dinner buffet. It's a very generous spread with both south and north Indian mix, and both veg and non veg mix. Ashwini Sharma was a good host at the restaurant. Every single menu item was delicious, including the room service menu. Definite value for money and more.

Nice food nd nice ambiance ……, bathing very tasty nd quilty food …. We tasted alll items r only vej bcz they no have nonvej items, only chicken biriyani is there ….but u have must mention non veg items,…. Rasam ,curd rise nd chips soup all r items r excellent…
