1. Too much noise from adjoining rooms during night ( 1am to 3 am ) because of party in next room 2. Complaint with Reception Not Addressed 3. Room lighting very poor 3. No Restaurant & All Food had to be ordered from outside 4. No Complimentary B/fast 3. Overall Services Poor

Untidy room with bad smell. Can’t sleep peacefully due to bed bugs and rats in room, informed hotel authorities that stay was unpleasant.

The property is very poorly maintained, it seems like there has been no upkeep done at all. The bedsheets are completely worn and have bubbles formed which made sleeping uncomfortable. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls, ac made a lot of noise the entire time and the entire place had a lot of water damage. Only thing is that the staff had good service.

The experience was pretty good. The staff and the room service was spot on. However, the interiors were average at best. There were many dirty corners and the toilet was unclean

They provided room 501, but no lift to go to the 5th floor directly, and this room has as much sound as birds running around. Food is expensive. Doesn't have a fan in the room. Good locality.
