德鮑諾什島 SPA 旅館(Hotel y Spa Isla de Banos)

We stayed at Isla for a few night and were super impressed by the friendly staff, clean and comfy rooms and great food. The Hotel is extremely well located but not noisy, it’s walking distance to everything. The cost was very reasonable but it’s the great staff that couldn’t do enough for us that really make it a great experience. David Gordon. Australia

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. I got some help ordering pizza for dinner from the front desk. Thank you!! I got luggage portage as well. They also stored my bulky key for me while I was out for the day. I retrieved it when I came back in. The room was clean and comfortable. Toiletries are provided. I could have benefitted from a larger waste can, however. The grounds are beautiful too. I went out early for a photo op. The location is good with shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Not a true "5-star" property, but a 5 -star all you need in the area! Recommended. I would stay again.

El hotel me gustó. Habitación amplia, desayuno abundante. Tienen servicio de lavandería muy asequible. Le falla tener un colegio al lado, se oye mucho ruido, y nuestra habitación tenía tragaluces por los que entraba la luz desde bien temprano dificultando en descanso.

This is nice little place with an exceptional friendly and helpful staff. The breakfasts are quite nice and the staff wants to make sure you get what you need. The place is just a couple blocks from the town center and perhaps a hundred yards from hiking paths. Most importantly they have a beautiful garden with lots pf orchids. It’s a very nice place.

Our stay was wonderful here. It was a beautiful hotel surrounded by lush plants and flowers. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The breakfast included was great and the location couldn’t be better. I definitely would recommend this place!

Lamentable que el hotel no garantice condiciones para el buen descanso de los húespedes. La noche del 2 de octubre tuvimos que soportar casi toda la noche a húespedes en estado de embriedad. A pesar que pusimos nuestra queda, ni el guardi pudo controlar la situación. Esto es un a locura que pase en un hotel. No recomendable
