房間就是還可以，適合商務出差，餐廳的飯也不錯有中餐，酒店的早餐豐富，性價比可以

剛爬了伊真火山，疲勞過度，入住時因擔心噪音困擾需要更換房間，前台來了一位男士不知道是不是負責人，非常和善有禮，連續打開兩間房讓我挑選，真是非常感謝，所選房間果然沒讓我失望，整晚睡的非常好。早餐也不錯，有個小蛋糕上還有金箔。禮賓的服務也優秀，各種協助拿行李包括我爬完伊真火山臟臟的鞋，離開酒店時還幫我看我叫的出租車來沒來。這個酒店的服務超出預期必須好評。

感覺前台服務不到位，我英語不好，給完房卡後我轉身剛離開他們視線他們倆就笑我，而且房間裏連水都沒有

This is the first time for me to go to banyuwangi…..at 1 st….i didnt know where to stay and when I browse, I found this hotel and the location is in the main road….
.
The staffs there are friendly and helpful…. And it’s easy to find food there….there’s a cafe and chinese food restaurant there….the place is very cozy and the price is very affordable….if you are lazy to go out….just order food from them and they will send it to your room
.
Will be back to here again …..thank you aston banyuwangi for the hospitality
