I had an exceptional stay at The Leela Palace. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable staff were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help. The property itself is stunning, blending traditional architecture with modern luxury. My room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and offered a serene view. The food was a highlight, especially the breakfast buffet which had a wide variety of international and local selections, all delicious. The spa and wellness facilities were also top-notch, making it a truly relaxing experience. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, room with excellent service in which we had dinner. Food was good, and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Hotel used to be good back then. But recently it has become rundown. Many broken items in room especially the toilet looks old. There was no minibar. Service can be improved. Since the price was high, expecting a much better experience. Hope a renovation would be done in order to maintain its brand.

飯店看起來很漂亮，表面上看起來像是高品質的飯店。但服務實在太混亂了。房間裡沒有提供手巾，我們不得不多次要求他們才終於送來。早餐很奇怪——沒有人值守咖啡站，但你卻不允許自助咖啡（它只是一台按鈕式機器）。不要喝不含咖啡因的茶或咖啡。由於我們來得很早，早餐室的座位還沒坐滿四分之一，但我們還是花了很長時間才收到愛心站的食物。他們同意為我們預訂一輛計程車，但在再次確認時卻沒有記錄，所以他們試圖說服我們使用飯店包車，但價格是原來的 4 倍！很遺憾，對於這個價格我們期望得到更好的服務和更少的混亂。

這是我第二次入住這家酒店，地理位置優越，交通便利，但取決於您的旅行時間。 早上8點的航班，需要提早退房前往機場。 飯店早餐7點開始供應，所以8點到9點半的航班，您無法享用早餐，因為您至少需要40分鐘到一個小時才能到達機場。 至於房間，我覺得還不錯。

工作人員熱情友好。房間乾淨,保養不錯。早餐和其他餐點選擇豐富。客房服務有點失望。我永遠無法到達他們,線路總是去接待,他們不得不連接我。平均等待時間,即使簡單的一壺咖啡是30分鐘。除此之外,我喜歡我在假日酒店的經歷。我將來也會選擇留在那裏。

我和妻子7月中旬在那裏住了3-days,整體入住感覺不錯,很愉快,我們藉此機會感謝Ramar先生(經理@Cilantro)不僅禮貌專業,他竭盡全力幫助我們走出困境,在第一天的複雜局勢中。 在展示他的專業精神方面,拉馬爾先生值得的 PAT 但我不能對旅行經理巴拉吉先生說同樣的話,他強烈反對,甚至沒有尋求任何其他途徑或替代辦法來幫助我們,完全 沒有任何同情心,因爲我們是遊客,無法進入你所有的設施 我們認爲這是一個重大挫折,因爲它反映了可怕的客戶服務

We felt super welcomed and well taken care of from the moment we alighted our transport from the airport. The staff were all pleasant and warm, making the stay really comfortable and cosy. Room was comfortably sized and clean, toilet was also clean. There were many channels to watch on the TV. Breakfast was great, we especially loved the live stations where we can order dosa and scrambled eggs. Loved the chai.  Our room was also facing the river and we could raptor watch quite close from our window! Super exciting watching Black Kites swooping around.  The only down side is that soundproofing wasn’t the best and amenities look a little aged, but we aren’t too bothered and still enjoyed our stay. Rooms are maintained well and it is located in the heart of the city
