Hemos estado en Barbastro unos días alojados en el Gran Hotel Ciudad de Barbastro. Está en la plaza del Mercado, que es el centro de la ciudad, con lo que su ubicación es única. Las habitaciones muy amplias, muy bien la limpieza, estupendo desayuno y muy buena cafetería y restaurante en el mismo hotel. El equipo de recepción muy profesional y amable. Volveremos pronto.

Comme on peut le lire par ailleurs cet hôtel a besoin d' être rénové, je rajouterais que le personnel n'est pas vraiment réactif, nous en avons fait l'expérience. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés vers 15h, une des chambres n'était pas prête mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé, nous avons déposé nos bagages dans l'autre avant d'aller nous promener. Les chambres sont datées mais grandes et assez agréable, les lits sont confortables. Les choses se sont gâtées lorsque nous avons utilisé la douche : impossible de régler la température et l'eau était très chaude. Nous avons signalé le problème à la réception. Le soir, à notre retour, nous avons trouvé le robinet de la douche démonté l'eau était à présent bloqué à tiède limite froide ! Plus surprenant, le matin à 7h30 nous recevons un appel téléphonique de la réception on nous demande si nous voulons changer de chambre ! Heureusement nous étions déjà levés, nous avons décliné cette proposition un peu tardive et sommes allés prendre le petit-déjeuner. Nous saluons l'employé présent qui ne répond pas à notre bonjour. Quelques minutes après il vient me demander le numéro de ma chambre que je lui donne. Il revient au bout d'une minute me disant que ma chambre n'est pas notée pour le petit déjeuner. J'ai commencé à m'agacer et lui ai dit que ma réservation était payée et le petit déjeuner inclus ce que j'ai vérifié au cas où. Le petit déjeuner s'est révélé moyen. En résumé je pense que cet établissement a besoin d'une sérieuse reprise en main et je ne le conseille pas.

Es muy justo para tener 4 estrellas, el secador de pelo sujeto a la pared muy antiguo, falta de productos de cortesía como Bodymilk, el colchón y la almohada muy duros. La limpieza buena, personal correcto y muy céntrico.

Muy buena ubicación. Amplisima habitación. Personal con excelente atención. Si visitamos alguna vez mas la zona, será la primera opción.

Buen servicio, atención y limpieza. Nos alojamos con el desayuno incluido, siendo este variado y amplio. Las habitaciones espaciosas y limpias. El personal muy amable y atento. Está situado en el centro de la ciudad, por lo que puedes ir andando a cualquier sitio. Hay un parking cercano, gratuito

Arrived for an overnight stay on a busy Friday as we headed towards San Sebastian by car. The hotel car park was easy to locate and worth the modest fee for secure parking. We were taken aback as to how busy and vibrant the town was as we failed to obtain a reservation (before 11pm) at any of the restaurants we visited. The desk clerk at the hotel was most helpful and rang round until she secured us a booking at La Esquineta de la Calle Monzon - a really good dinner was enjoyed there too. Thank you! The hotel is very central, the rooms clean and not too small for a town centre location. We did not take breakfast as we were still full from the previous evening!

First off, if you've booked a parking space it'll be fun! The town is full of narrow one way streets which really confused the nav. Then the car park itself. Let's just say confidence is needed if you drive anything other than a small car. All adds to the adventure though. Rooms were clean, and a good size. Service was really good. Only thing it loses points on is the food - menu didn't seem to know what it wanted to be and the food was average.

This hotel is expensive considering the amenities it provides and location in where it is located (small city). The rooms have good space but the furniture and decoration is in bad quality. For what I paid I would expect something a lot better.

We spent one night here and were most satisfied. Check-in was quick and easy. We had to have help with the in-room safe, but the person in reception came to the room without delay and re-programmed the safe. The room was spacious with a desk and chair and easy chair. The air conditioning was easy to regulate. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was complete with hot and cold choices, all observing sanitary protocols. We were impressed with the cleanliness overall and the observance of careful sanitary guidelines. We were easily able to park on site for 9 euros a night. Overall, very good value for money. We had lunch and a late evening snack on the terrace. The Plaza del Mercado, where the hotel is located, is the center of activity and a great place to enjoy a drink or a meal.
