Super lovely hotel. The staff is one of a kind, warm and helpful. Location is superb cuz its so close to one of my favorite areas in Barcelona, which is the El Born area. Its in front of the beautiful beach port so the view up on the terrace bar is awesome. Also, get some time to walk around the port area and park. The breakfast was so so to me. Quite pricey (32eu) for what the have. Rather you should go to Bobo or Hoffman nearby for some nice croissants. One down side is the cords and not right next to the bed stand. It was underneath which was quite inconvenient, compared to where a lot of hotels has the usb plugs right by the bed these days

I can’t say enough great things about this fabulous boutique hotel. It felt more like I was staying in. Somebody’s home than a hotel. The incredible staff took fabulous care of me. I travel solo and I felt so safe. When I come back to Barcelona, this is my home away from home! Thank you to each and everyone of the staff for your hard work and hospitality. I was so sad to leave.

My stay at The Serras Barcelona was the best hotel experience of my life. What set it apart from other top-rated hotels was the very personal attention we received. After a one-week stay, my wife and I left the hotel feeling like we left friends behind. Sandra, Diego, JiJi, Carlos and all of the support staff made us feel very special every minute we were there.

The property was in the beautiful Gothic location. It was a 10 minute walk to the metro and lots of really good restaurants and shopping around the hotel. Staff was incredibly helpful and the amenities were perfect. Great personal touches that made you feel very welcomed

Start to finish it was an absolutely incredible stay. Amazing service, food was excellent and the rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. Only “downside” would be that the “gym” is VERY sub par compared to the rest of the property.

This is a lovely boutique hotel with a spacious room, comfortable bed, a large bathroom, and a wonderful array of amenities. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. From quick responses to emails before checking in, to a lovely welcome upon check in, to providing ideas on how to enjoy our stay even more, this hotel really did help elevate our short stay in Barcelona.

Nice room. Not quiet. Service door kept opening and closing and you could hear. Breakfast not a la par with hotels of this category. Don’t get me wrong: you won’t go hungry, but the variety is just not there. Gym for those looking for a nice workout is just not great. Couple of aerobic machines and weights that are just not enough.
