Great experience. Beautiful location. The owner snd staff were beyond gracious. They went out of their way to accommodate us. The food was good, there was a Nepalese dance festival they hosted while we were there. The proximity and location near the Park could not have been any more convenient. Our guide and driver were amazing, and super knowledgeable and did their best to give us the full Park experience. We were able to see the Bengal tiger, the Leopard, and the Rhino in our two days there. It is a perfect place for adults and kids alike. We saw both groups at the hotel

I had a wonderful time at this resort , the staff are really helpful and super hard working. The location is great and the food is really nice, the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. I can't wait to go back again.

A really nice resort with standards and facilities as expected. Clean room, comfortable bed, lovely garden. All food was great and cooked freshly to order. Mohan and his staff could not have been more helpful. The jeep safari and walking safari were both long days, but interesting - with very knowledgeable guides. Unfortunately, we did not manage to see a tiger, but great close-up with a rhino, lots of beautiful birds, and the river dolphin was an unexpected bonus. I can thoroughly recommend this resort

The greatest place to stay...had a fantastic time. Mohan is the smiliest most helpful person...he even arranged a Tharu dance performance one evening. On arrival I was treated to a Tuk Tuk trip around the local area which included visiting Tharu houses, including one of the guides house, and seeing the local way of life...totally unexpected but a wonderful way to begin. My trip included both a full day in the jeep and a full-day on the trail. The guide/s on both days really knew their stuff..pointing out different birds and going to locations where we would have the best chances of spotting wildlife. I was lucky enough to see the Karnali River dolphin, 3 tigers, deer, monkeys, a huge variety of birds and rhino...just magical And for the other stuff..the food was good, the room was clean plus there's a lovely garden and hammocks😊 Staff, facilities..just everything was fantastic. No frills but 5 star hospitality.

I did not stay at the resort but nevertheless Mohan helped me in every conceivable way being a solo traveller in de start of high season. Thank you so much Mohan for your reliability and very quick response the last 3 days! Wish you all the best! Nana

i had a great time in forest hideway, it made my special day memorable , thanks forest hideway. it was my first marrage aniversery which will never be forgotten. we spend a a great time the lovely environment and food

I enjoyed great hospitality in Forest Hideaway. The room was clean and comfortable with a hot water and a warm duvet. Service was excellent. The guided walk in Bardiya National Park was beautiful. I have to come back to see the tiger, but saw elephant, rhino,beer and many birds.
