提里亞飯店(Hotel Tilia)

Beschriftungen zwecks Wegleitung zu den Zimmern sind ungenügend, der Eingang zur Einstellhalle ist gar nicht beschriftet(!) und die Anweisung per E-Mail klar irreführend. Das hat uns verärgert. Der Check-In Automat steht draussen an der Kälte, zwar etwas geschützt aber der schmutzige Boden voller Herbstlaub (an Silvester!?) lädt nicht ein, das Gepäck abzustellen während dem Check-In. Hier muss nachgebessert werden. Schade, hat es an Neujahr gar keine Croissants in der Snack-Ecke. Der Kaffee war ganz ok.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Anscheinend erst Anfang Januar 2024 eröffnet… Modernes Design mit etwas Industrie look. Top motiviertes Personal, sehr aufmerksam, und freundliche. Rundum einfach gut, habe es schon einigen Freunden weiter empfohlen 💪😜👍

Chambre confortable, spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Les croissants en libre-service permettent de bien commencer la journée. Une machine à café dans le couloir (chambres en face de la réception) et une bouilloire seraient un plus pour les gens qui restent plusieurs nuits.

Gutes Self-Checking Hotel mit Kaffee und Gipfeli zum Frühstück. Die Zimmer sind modern und haben alles was man braucht. Zentral gelegen.

Very nice stay, just like last time I was here. Only complaint is that the ID scanner couldn't read my ID so I had to enter my details manually. Not a problem just a little inconvenient.

Die Unterkunft hat nicht mit den Bildern im Portal zu tun - eine Absteige im Nebengebäude

I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Tilia in Uster and booked a single room which was on the ground floor. The room was very pleasant , clean and all furniture new. There is a big desk to work with a comfy chair. Everything worked and the bed was comfy. The check-in was automatic at the check-in machine.I could check-in and pay with my credit card.I have received a plastic card key which openend all doors. I appreciated the croissont in the morning with cofee or tea which is available in the morning. There is an outside table and chairs for use . The Hotel is about 8min walk from the station.At the station you will find Restaurants and shops. The train takes 20min to Zurich Stadehofen for those who wishes sight seeing in Zurich. To the Airport of Zurich you will be in about 25min by train. Uster has also a pool at the lake and access to the Greifensee (lake) .Take the local bus which will be in 15min at the lake or by foot roughly 30min walk. The only downside at the hotel which was a bit disturbing are the early morning trains as the train track is close to the hotel 15m rougly. Otherwise the small road infront of the hotel is very quite. I loved that. I can recommend Hotel Tilia very much. Photos from Uster and at the lake Greifensee.

The check-in automated machine was good, I'd rate it 95%. My only problem was a delayed reaction to my signature which caused me to "X" out of the screen which dumped me back to the start screen. Then I had to go through the check-in process again. It also caused a double charge to my credit card which was almost immediately refunded - that made me VERY happy. The room was clean and very modern. It's close to the train tracks but I was exhausted so the noise didn't bother me.
